View The Full Version : polo 1.9 diesel aspirated transmission engine with a 1.9 turbo diesel
Good morning, I wanted a information,a friend of mine has changed I'll motor
his pol 1.9 diesel intake with a 1.9 turbo diesel sourced ww golf, the polo in question en a model of the 2000, the car started and walk, but the turbine is not working properly because if I'm not mistaken and managed by the ecu what should I do to operate the turbine in the proper manner?I was recommended to put the fixed one and adjust it to a mechanic that you advise me?can also turn the variable geometry?and if and which changes should be applied?
to do a good job, had to move all the electronics of the new engine.
You know him I said this, but he wanted to do his own thing
at this point, they should adjust the turbine is fixed.
must choose the location of the turbine that pi? the like and adjusts the unit accordingly.
But I do not understand why the car goes the same bo,I thought that it is not even lit up,so what you should change to the map?
If it was a naturally aspirated, with no preparation for the turbo.. Maybe ? better to adjust the wastegate in a mechanical way, to have less problems
It is, in fact, it was opted for a turbine fixed and it was adjusted in a mechanical way
I pi? or less I have the same problem I should adapt a vgt instead of a turbine, classic..

get them to buy the control unit of the turbo version. or you build a regulator pressure of the turbo ? a simple faucet in place in the tube of the wastegate that goes from the cylinder to the intake manifold and with that you adjust the turbo pressure. you will need a pressure gauge turbo pressure. cmq electronics to oc it would be better to manage parameters such as pressure diesel and the turbo are different
You tell them that you also must change the management elettrinonica anyway, I don't want to put hands because it's a complicated thing, I told him to call in an expert for a detailed ad hoc I, and other interventions.
