replacement ECU engine AUDI TT 8N MK1 with the ECU used

As the title suggests, due to breakage of the old engine control unit (not readable), I have to replace the ECU with a used one with the same codes in the ECU and software. The ECU in question, and' a ME 7.5, car audi TT 1.8 t 225cv four of 1999.
Wonder if someone has already experienced a similar case and if it is necessary to resort to the dealer for the exact coding of the control unit to the fni of the funzioanemento with all devices (butterfly, electronic throttle control, etc.) (immobilizer), or you can do the swap without too many problems without having to ask in an audi.
From someone I heard that for the audi, and I need to go to audi as they connect to the server of the mother house and download the configuration.
According to others, this procedure is not necessary on the car in question (1999) and argue that once you have put the immobilizer should work correctly (ECU with the same ID software/ecu).

normally you do everything without any problem, you just have to have the ecu with the same number of HW and SW and you can? : have immo active and alleprint original simply by moving the eeprom of the security from one ecu to the other, or the scodificare the ecu and true immo off

There are many, many ecu, so many different procedures.
Some by moving the eeprom (or the data of the dump), the other by moving the flash (dump), the other two (eeprom+flash).

? need the ecu of the original car to pick up the eeprom of the safety to move to the ecu used...alternatively, only audi can? reconfigure the ecu...just as it does with the new cars.

So if the logincode ? stored in the ecu, and you can read and then use it to integrate the keys you may be successful even without the eeprom of the ecu the previous. Or am I wrong?

You can leere for obd, but not with vag-com.
