diagnosis class b

Hi all,I'm trying to verify the miles of a class b and make a diagnosis.to do that? I used a cable elm and scantool xl.unfortunately for? the values are all differents, while the km do not see them even.someone help me know?

I recommend autocom, it does not cost much and it goes very well

the km for real with autocom you don't see them, I also have a class a and have the same engine, with autocom I see the miles that are on the instrument panel, and the distance have been scaled 100% safe, used car and checking in mercedes-benz
