Hi all is happening to me on a audi a3 1.6 tdi to have the power on random in the light of the glow plugs with erroreo p2111. The diagnostic tells me error flow regulating valve I checked the fafralla and is ok from diagnosis all the values seem ok. To someone ? gi? happened similar to the random errors.

Unit command throttle valve stuck open
very probably you are jamming the valve antismortamento try to clean it if not it must be replaced
check the fuse relative to the valve soft-top....
if ? in place of the fuse...I'm sorry, but you need to replace the valve....

to me it happened on the passat, causing problems in the regeneration of the fap (i.e. not allowed me to perform the regeneration) with warning light glow plugs and the dpf clogged....I have tried the cleaning but nothing to do....azzerrato the error light is off but as soon as you launched the regeneration came back all.....replaced the valve and everything is back to normality'....*****and he said munro, according to me, should be replaced, of course try not to harm....

My advice is not to walk so much with this problem facilitates the corruption of the fap.....in my case, after a couple of kilometres done the dpf is clogged more often and there was another way to get it back....I had to change the fap.....I have to say that the customer has made several kilometres with that problem.....
hi all, today I removed the offending valve and open the electronic part, well you have no idea of the pool of oil that I found inside. At the end of it ? opted for the sost even why? despite the complete cleaning of the valve after only 10km the problem ? resubmitted with the valve clean. Therefore you are? we decided to replace it and after you have made a beautiful rig forced the fap because of its clogging the car ? came back ok.

I'm happy for you that you've solved the problem.....I suggest in the first km of keep an eye on the average of regenerations.....
the prob ? the customer is 5km to go home and work machine long stretches where you can safely regenerate they do not think that also aided by the fact that the valve was not working well from the diagnosis the last rigeneraz full had been made in the type 450km ago. We will see them ? was highly recommended to do some stretch of the fast at least 1 time per week to see the evolver? the thing is.

You have given the board the correct....certainly by that stretch of road the fap suffers.....about 450 km we say that falls in the normal...... that diagnosis you used to make the forced regeneration?

I have not deleted the fap because the customer did not agree so I had no other choice....
but the car went into recovery ?
break those valves and a defect in common
at the end you fixed it ? I have a similar problem on a pole of a customer..
I on the golf I replaced the butterfly valve in the egr x understand and have fixed it. The electrical part was full of oil
my seems to be a problem to fap or probe
