VagCom or Vag-Can commander ?

Willing to begin to figure that out, I noticed that there are 2 interfaces: The VagCom and Vag-Can:confused:
What are the differereze ?
For a diagnosis need both?

take the commander does many more things of the vag com and you can diagnose most things!!!
