I have brought a mini rover why? not part of it.
on this car they have replaced the unit electric why? the original one has caught fire.

on the machine does not turn on the fuel pump, and even the ignition of the spark plugs.
they did replace the engine control unit, but the fault remains.
after several attempts, I noticed that even with the ignition switched off, the temperature goes up and disconnecting the engine control unit, which drops the temperature.
how can I diagnose the ecu?
have an attack with three wires you know how to connect them to make them become the obd?

from the obd will make it a little difficult, but attempt not to harm....the three wires will be the 2 ends of the k-line and l-line ... and you should also alimetare l interface with - and +12v!!!! what equipment do you have??'

I have autocom as the diagnosis,really? I even have the elm 327 but it doesn't work well.
then the 3 wires are one black pink that also connects the engine temperature sensor,air temp sensor and the position sensor,this sar? power,
the other two wires, one yellow and one green that go to the engine control unit.
I have the adapters autocom for the fiat, I thought of using what you say.
I only fear burn the diagnosis
