renault clio error code P1644

guys some of you found this error code on this car?
reading on the forums and' speed' low pressure fuel, but has no electric pump .
the car whenever the light is turned on it goes into recovery no more than 3000 rpm

it also had the white smoke; hence the exhaust???

No ,except for the recovery 3000giri to the max, the machine was fine.
