View The Full Version : The best way to intervene on dpf
Hello,
I ask the experts opinions on the systems of remapping for trucks:
What do you believe ? the best way of working on heavy vehicles, industrial and agricultural?
Do you know if ? can work on the dpf and various devices even without the benefit of the Damos? If no, do you have any advice on where to look for it?
I don't have a vehicle in particular, but given that I was talking with friends (mechanical), I was wondering what is the most? simple and effective way to work with it (obviously they are also welcome advice on official systems)
Thanks!

Then on the truck Iveco we inibiamo by:
If ? a €4 resistors on the temperature sensors up to that mark at around 70C, and a resistance on the float of the Adblue, pin 3 in the diagnosis, you need to read at least -11 degrees (the temperature at which it freezes) if the vehicle ? a €4 and the NoX in the exhaust should not go into recovery.
If ? a €5 we load the dataset of€4, and the same procedure for the latter.
For €6, still in the experimental phase. Do not ask me for the values of the resistors that I'm not telling! :) :) :)! I can't remember! As soon as I check and let you know!
Thanks for the reply pi? that detailed!
I take advantage of your kindness to ask you another info.. Never happened to work on means Caterpillar or Isuzu? I always speak of removing the FAP/DPF

No them ever... But have the NoX sensor in the exhaust?

hello can you tell me cos'? the dataset (I think it is a configuration file) and where is it located? hello and thanks

even if I don't care about the truck I join to the question about the datset!!!and just for curiosity' professional!!!

Basically, the dataset would be the version of the software loaded in the ECM. Therefore, in the specific case, if so, whether or not the NoX sensor, and then the dereting! Sorry for the delay of my answer.. I Hope to be of help to my lack of experience. However, I think you only make a copy and paste from a stralis pre euro 5 file ori of the engine control unit.... Someone who knows more? could you confirm if I say bullshit? Thanks!

so if I understand correctly you don't, but some of your colleagues doing it, and you're not very clear with everything, I ask only to know how the different manufacturers located the info in the ecu, for scania, for example, there is a file that is stored in the coo (coordinator) and icl (framework dtrumenti) that contains this type of info, and not only that; hello

I don't do the software part, but I offer the practical part, however I have experience of some of the vehicles sold by ship to Dubai several years ago, we speak now of the first months of 2008 in which ? was necessary to downgrade the as vehicles could not be refueled to blue! And through engineering Iveco ? loaded the dataset of the euro4.
For this reason I ask for clarification... I have written in this forum to understand!
thank you for having responded slowly understand more and more?

I can add that in the electronic control unit ECM (engine) you are working with Time and, to be more precise, the resistance on the temperature sensors on the catalyst must give a temperature xompresa between 50 and 100*C, and the value of the annealing of the adblue tank must be, by detaching ilpin three of the float -39*C, otherwise it is necessary to intervene with resistors here.

I was talking about Iveco, but I think that with regard to the speech of the resistors is the same for all of the truck as it seems to me that all adopt the system with UDST bosch. Am I wrong? If I'm not mistaken with the Euro 5 scania adopted the EGR but then with the Euro 6 also adopts her the Adblue system. Now with the euro 6 Iveco has integrated the fonzio the of the managers urea injection in the engine control unit and I don't know if others have done the same and if all adopt the same system Bosch fuel injection.
No scania euro 5 ad Blue, and as far as I know you only work from the map And the iveco ? a little bit more? problematic for the other I don't know, unfortunately, although it works well on the truck I never had requests to exclude it
for when I know the real problem comes with the volvo that has a built-in temperature sensor in the probe nox and then use the same pump iveco scr
