hello,the file read from your kess are to be decrypted only by your master,then do only 2 things:
1) change the master if you're not satisfied with it,and in this case, if you are interested you can contact us-
2) transform your slave master, and paying the difference.

Sorry for the trivial question: but what is the difference? between master and slave? I mean ****llo practical, I know well that a slave means a slave (as in the hdd).

the master ? the most complete with which you can do what you want, and ke of course, you pay more, while the slave costs less and leaves you tied to ****llo business who sells file type etc etc

both good product....I possess the kess slave never had any problems, but you are always "linked" from your master (at least I talk about in my case), in fact, now is a time that my kess to do with the dust;).....but I repeat, it is always a good product...
