also a firm hand, welder profrssionale and the pond at least 60/40
of course, I can still view the manual...
for years I worked as a tester and repairer electronic equipment,
and I can say that with a good soldering iron with adjustable temperature and as said sa80****** with a steady hand and a good pool
levi and put it in without a lot of problems...
in case you are on a device where the heat is absorbed much leaving the integrated cool with the consequence that the welder attaches and the pond is immediately hard...
the only way out, if the house does not have any professional equipment you can? avoid using a hair dryer....
It heats up well the part dispeller in such a way that fails to dispose of the heat quickly,
and as for the magic of the integrated will be? via without many problems...
for welding after the removal, you can perform the same procedure....

Depending on the type of eprom adapter and you can? also think of using a preheater as in the stations, infrared, surely ? very expensive as a soldering station, for? for delicate things ? the ideal. I have had the opportunity to see with what simplicity? was unsoldered a chipset on a motherboard. That surely ? keep in mind, the rest of the people who spend thousands of euros for equipment for official pu? afford to spend at least a thousand euros for a station infrared. As you rightly said the other must be also, the pond, the flux and all the rest of quality.
One of the next purchases will be? definitely a station to infrared.

flux before soldering and contact cleaner to wash after welding
That is the function of a flux on the welding, since that has to be used first.

I explained some of the terminology and material? I do small jobs but I'm sure that exists in the trade material that makes it much easier to work...
thanks

The flux ? a paste that will remove the residual oxide on the surface and on the component that you want to weld cos? to facilitate your work.
A percentage of flux ? also present in the tin wire that you use for welding.
That is the function of a flux on the welding, since that has to be used first.
removes residues, but especially when you use hot air ? essential because is out of the pond with ease? on the slopes

it would not hurt...a nice video to understand how to do...the procedure can follow...but, above all, see how to set up the work...

I would like to start to weld, and I do not have the rights to download the manual.Does anyone have a?the other option to read?
guys in my experience ( here the game in the house is my job ) I have long abandoned the welder to normal, with a small investment you can take a hot air welder as the small weller gas... with that you are not at risk of doing damage on the slopes with the tip of the soldering iron, very easy when stressed, or when you put and take off the components for many times. If you want my advice, I when I started a long time ago to work on the plates complicated as plcc, then sodip, bga, and in general all the electronics smd, I decided to do the tests on motherboards hdd to figure out how much heat and how to move. Unfortunately, there is no guide that takes when it has to do with components, delicate.. you have to have a great experience and I assure you that the result you will see after the first few holes burnt ... :)
Use soldering flux, that helps a lot.

Hello,
I use it to remove the IC or other electronic SMD a Hotair Rework station.
For? it can not be programmed (read and write) the data of the Eeprom diratamente?
With regard to the pond I found around rolls that were crap, not all have the flux inside...for a good weld, it also takes a good pond

Always use the tin with lead! If you use this without you always have problems with flux inside.
