hi to all,I would like to ask if anyone has ever changed the values of maximum speed on truck mercedes atego range/actros.
I I was in the dealership with stardiag and card identificativa.i parameters are set on the control unit FR motor adjustment.
does anyone know how to do it?What equipment and soft should I provide?

but then you don't have problems with the tachograph?

yes this is true, but if the customer asks for something more only for overtaking you know it's a bus......

hello
I have your same problem I use autocom within the ecu Fr I find the limiter, but it is set to 140
you have you solved it?
? can set it from the ecu with soft type ecusafe? it should understand the type of ecu ...

I don't understand what you are saying... the limiter is set on the control unit fr(vdo) while the engine control unit and a temic mr...
but you solutions about it......

I think that the solution is to have stardiag with the application of a pmcia open....
the limiter is that you see yourself in the actual values is not the one in question...
sorry robby, but the signal speed? the vdo from where it is caught?
from the ecu the engine I believe...or not???

the speed signal is taken from the tachograph,
with delphi, I have explored all the sottocentraline and none gives me the possibility? to vary the limiter that says Antonio ? set to 140 km in multi-function/fr . I have to use another diagnosis? with mb star and feasible? next week I get the diagun 3 and prover? even with that...

I also believe that it is a problem of the ecu , even if the fr says that pu? go up to 140 km in ecu engine and limited to 90 . I know someone indicate if gallo read by obd or if I should open it?

sorry if I'm intruding limitation and in fr-what you see is 140 km and the restriction of the variable to which the ec the possibility? to freely edit with star diagnosis . ec instead of another item that is written to the speed of the law that may be in the early models marked 90km . in the new versions is marked sg .with this limitation the active item 140 km only works if you set it under 90km
Alecsx I know that the cock is not the law of the Temic serial.....
maybe you can read from the pcb bdm-jtag or in the boot....
I personally have not ever had the opportunity to do a temic.....
*stefano...in other words, what do you mean??

the reading of the tecmic is in the boot with the wing nut. I did it by putting the unit to 13 volts with the galletto 1260 . but only read the eprom, the other data are . as the keys are in the eeprom and you have to use the programmer's eeprom . instead, the limiter in the ecu management accelerator (fmr) is located in the eeprom . years ago I tried it but I modified many of the points in the eeprom and or abandoned, why? I knew not what .
ps ecu fmr have made various models of the last calls now the cpc and the data are in the microprocessor st10

when I was working in the dealership mb truck'd adjust the parameter with pmcia card my activated (according to the limits of the law)
this was something that I wanted to do for a client of mine asked me, but I see that it's a little tough.....

no signal comes from the tco through a can, then the control unit fr (engine-vehicle adjustment) limits the speed in ecu engine mr titte the various function of the medium are managed by br (brake, engine brake, clutch, split, etc..etc...)

Registers tires on the chrono. The truck also goes to 120, and registers 90
