I have some problem to read an ecu Bosch ME 7.3H4 Hibrid (Fiat punto 1200 cc 16-valve) as following the instruction of the reading interface read "turn OFF AND turn on ONLY the ECU AND CONTINUE by PRESSING OK".

The pin out of the ecu I have made these links
+ 12v = pin 51, 49, 33, 17, 18
GND = Carcass ECU
K-lineP pin 53

What I don't understand how to do it (which is the pin that I have to disconnect the power) to "turn off and riaccedendere only the ECU......." as in the directions above.
Thanks

remove all the 12 volts remember the pinn boot

I'm using the links in the boot strap for that ? too complicated to remove them all, and 5, and then reconnect them.I was expecting to only one pin.

Then connect all 5 to a unique crocodile and deadlifts only one

Hello mauro, you are ir? easy to read it under the car in the obd by connecting only pin boot... you can alternatively remove the power supply by removing only the mass...

I don't have available to the machine for which I can choose one of the two solutions by unplugging the mass, or the five positive connected to a crocodile.......actually..........
I try and I want to know.
Thanks

kline to me appears to be on pin 2, to "turn off and turn on the ecu" remove the mass from the casing of the control unit and you're good to go.

In the meantime, I made a "bunch" of wires, which are controlled by a toggle switch (on/off); true ? that pi? simply couldn't remove the negative, but the links will help me for the future.
In one of the patterns that I found, 2 pin for error ? marked with 53, but the location ? correct ? that pin 2 of connector B.
However, despite the connections are correct I can not read the ecu and I couldn't take the ID.

It seems strange to me that you can't read it, I have made these a little while ago to remove the control of the probe, however, the pin that you have to connect to positive are:
connector
PIN 18
PIN 33
PIN 49
PIN 51
K-LINE CONNECTOR SIGNED “A” SIDE LABEL
PIN 2
THE MASS OF THE POWER CASING ECU
before inserting the power you need to connect the pin "20" connector B on the side opposite to the label-to-ground power
after insert the power supply and make the identification, and reading just been completed, close the power supply, remove the pin 20 2 rinserisci the power supply..

I have seen that the pin 17 does not have listed. Accidentally connect it to the +12 Volt?

no you're not wrong, I forgot I the pin 17 also goes to +12 positive, where mistakes you and colleagues in the k-line to pin 2 of the connector b, while you have to connect pin 2 of the connector is the same connector that you connect the +12..

The eye that if levi throughout the mass, to frustrate even the 12v left on the pin to boot!

You have to leave the ground attached to it, and make two groups of positive and 1 wire for the pin boot, and the remaining below the switch. all under further switch clearly.

When you give power to all the positive with the first switch, then with the second, you can remove the 12v only with the power supply, leaving the wire for the boot powered.

hello matech watch that the pin of the boot of that? pin 2 of the connector goes to ground this? to negative, or on the carcass and clothing etc in turn is connected to the negative or the negative direct ( scheme mass of power ? the negative)

Everything is ok (thank you), I was able to read it. Since I still have everything connected if you want to try, disconnect the power supply to the control unit through the mass, cos? let's see what happens and it also takes away this doubt.

I had a little confusion, the rooster on a type of ecu's said to give 12V and not mass to boot. I went to memory.

The fact remains for? that according to me if levi the entire mass of the boot does not

so in the end it was the cock that was said to give the 12v and not the mass for the boot

I did the test to read by removing the power supply through the ground and goes into boot without problems. I also compared the two files that I obtained by acting on the positive and on the mass and the maps are perfectly equal.

I had confused the schema of another ecu

on that ecu can? also work to raise the mass, even if I don't find that very sensible

I am pleased that will help of these I've done a lot, first of all a point 1.2 16v where I removed the injectors and I mounted two two-barrel carburetors, leaving the me7.2h4 to manage the deposit and other things

The first solution with the positive in the boot strap under switch
The second solution with a connector of recovery

Hello, I need a information. I try to read for the first time a Bosch ME 7.3H4 mounted on a bravo of the year 2009. I have the galleto V53 not official. Question ; but which driver should I use in boot mode does not give me the type of ecu, but a series of Flash ST? then if I understand correctly, the yellow wire boot, I also have to connect it to ground ? the cable I have to use fit the unique wiring of the wing nut that holds the blue wire. Maybe I have to connect directly from the machine in the obd, and connect the yellow wire to the boot mode. Booh ! Thank you in advance Greetings
