according to me ? pi? chances are you've made some connection and you ruined some of the components, the control units do not block read.
according to me you have burned, give us more information on that car, ecu, reference numbers
very probably have burned out wrong and the unique power test checks the combs some pins bent
I also fear that you brucato ecu controls the power pins on the car see if you get power right otherwise you have to go to look for another ecu.......

This ecu are of grupo PSA, you have to have ustatto the scheme edc1c2psa.
You have usatto another, possibly to the damaged unit.
mount the ecu in the car and feel if any fuse and party, or if any of the components of the ecu scalda. try to unsolder the flash and re-read to tour only that , check out the file .

I did all the tests I managed to communicate with the ecu in the diagnosis but not with the body. I solved it with ecu used I did the pasagio e2p and put the dell software ori why? with that of the ecu used was not working esp and the car did not go.
