framework tools Astra H repairable?

Hi guys,
today I removed the picture of this car (that then ? my....) and reassemble it to me ? unplugged the flat of the small display that indicates the km
I wanted to know if anyone has ever run a repair of this kind, and if you can't find the flat or the display is complete.
fortunately, the car part without!!!!

Costs 30 euro + VAT and ir? shipping.
A framework tools 60-70 euros to buy.
It's not worth a try ( these figures, of course )
