how to change file extension dim

hi I have this file but I can't upload with ecm I assume that it is encrypted, anyone has experience on this

with what ? been downloaded? it would seem that you downloaded with equipment slave,though ? so only the master can open it.

But if ? been bed with BETWEEN....The BDM DIM, must be unpacked by him, cos? you can load only the flash that you need, otherwise that should be the entire file to the ECU.
