are struggling with a golf4-1.9-115hp (bosch edc15),which have replaced the engine,they have mounted the 130hp leaving the ecu 115,the owner asked me if I could map it,I,I mapped and goes well but I wanted to ask you if c'? the way from the map to increase the pressure of the diesel oil.I enclose also the ori

Apart from a few bends the most, indeed almost all of them are similar if not the same... I mean edc15... The difference is in the injectors and into the turbine if I remember well

No I was speaking of the entries of the map, not of the mechanical parts just to know if there was a difference of entries or less between 115 and 130 only this, but as I understand are the same as the control units and also the voices

Those of the 130 I am very pi? large and gi? this should allow the drive to be better without additional modifications. The ecu should be the same, given that in some cases, the 115 is recognized as 130 and vice versa by the driver of the titanium, it's up to you to modify the maps to duty.

Injectors, the material of the pistons, the cylinder head and the turbine are different.
Mechanically the 130 ? almost? comparable to the 150, but compared to the 115 ? another thing.
The turbine 115 belongs to the same family of garrett, but it has nuts and scrolls visibly + small.
Also the map ? similar, but not equal.
In the map is the difference? and how ( see lim torque, duty cycle turbo and advances )

If you stayed the same ecu. After the engine has 115 HP (AJM) I believe. nothing to worry you insert the card after the engine has 130 HP (DISK) difference between them ? the injectors, turbo intercooler intake.

I read the topic for the inside and I ? only stayed a doubt, if I wanted to put a motor 130 Hp on a golf 4 by 90 you could do? we would like to the exchange 130, a charge-air cooler and the engine should be complete with its injectors and its turbine, take the map 130 and write it to balance the car then after eventually map it?

On the 90, you can't put the motor 130, as you do not have the same electronics as one has a rotary pump, and the other injectors, pump, at least that does not change, and the electrical system and its controller.

exact my board in front of these changes and take the engine wiring harness and ecu, and possibly, if necessary, the exchange!!!!
