Scodifica ecu siemens HOM Renault Laguna 1,8

As the title suggests I should scodificare in total this ecu SIEMENS HOM installed on the renault laguna 1,8 benz ,I already tried it with different files clock to program the 27c256 but failed in the attempt .
I asked the experts if they are in possession of a file clock already tested and working thanks good job.
I also wanted to ask you not having the possibility to download the file, why? I have not yet 80 messages only information is sufficient.
