View The Full Version : issue climate fiat 500 1.2
hello..
I have a leak in the circuit, the climate of my 500
I felt a buzz.. and with the office, I discovered that I lose gas... 500g that must have.. I 290g in the plant.
before entrusting myself to a workshop... I have noticed a sweating...
wonder if someone.. who has to hand a 500 1.2 can take a picture like this that place.. just to see if I have correctly identified the loss..
thanks a lot..

there are liquids that respond to uv rays and affixed ools for the revelations of losses the board that you do and if you do not have dedicated equipment becomes a little complicated

Quoto the links,so it is difficult to assess whether a loss, to control losses to A/C system serves the UV lamp + tracer, maybe not you have any doubts about doing this!!
ok thanks for the tips..
it was just.. not to spend for another refill with tracer and workmanship, for a search failure..
fortunately, I was able to find in the internet.. (asked of pleasure on a site of 500) and I have posted this photo...
as I imagined no trasudo at that point.. but.. I noticed that as well the one in the photo.. in short it will have problems... after the curve, in fact.. there is a small trasudo..
the tubes are slightly different because my and 2011, while this and the 2009

If you do not want to lose time, do as said, use a charge (even if only partial, to understand where the lose!) with liquid traccaiante and you know where ? the damage, hoping to be localized.
I can tell you that in general, the plants of FIAT models "small" they are notoriously scarce and delicate, sar? a case, but of the 3 New Panda that I know all three lose their charge in a year due to micro fractures, I would change a half tuberia if not all (and even the radiator)
In my I gave up, all the years I spent 50-60 euro charge, I keep the warm.
PS: my Audi A3 has 14 years old, according to you, how many refills as he did in his life and it's still going well ??? Zero....
ion.. we are already past the 159
the same noise.. and the same gas.. (460g had 250g) I loaded 3 times..with the tracer replaced the valves of the office.. the mechanics have suggested.. before the dehydrator.. (on the radiator), then the expansion valve... all that noise..
despite being sought with the lamp. the spill was not found..
one day I got bored.. and I smotato the bumper.. made to pass around the radiator (to the eye) and found the anointed one.. on the edge... (what with the lamp, was not found)
replaced (do me) the radiator... after I was done, drain the system... reloaded.. and is more of a year that does not lose .. there is no noise.. and cools properly.
now.. your reasoning and right... but according to me.. without you.. put the tracer.. I have already identified that the leak...
replacement sell the single tube... that I'm going to replace soon..... and then we will see..
Unfortunately I can not see the photos, to the limit of messages, so I can't give opinions on the matter.
The tracer should be done on purpose, if that doesn't work, not even him I don't know what to say.
Should serve to avoid further loss of time, the costs relating to...
I for now I keep the warm or use the other machine in the days ir? the torrid...
:D
for when you can see the pictures...
this and the loss that had my 159 on the radiator... with tracer and uva lamp (azz you write that?) it was not visible... hovering does not illuminate anything...
I did notice that.. because if you look well.. the point circled.. in the direction (yellow sticker) had a halo.. which opened at the corner... luckily I escaped the eye.. and I found it... and then.. it's not always with the tools you life easy..!!

you had to wait a couple of good hours to see the loss of uv-rays
you had to wait a couple of good hours to see the loss of uv-rays
In that sense ?
I thought that doing a load with tracer if c'? a micro loss, I see him coming back from the mechanic a few days later.
You say that instead you have to load, try, wait two hours and IMMEDIATELY see ?
In this case, to make a charge with the tracer is nothing if it is not in use, precisely NOW...
I hope I explained....

no I meant that to see a micro loss you have to wait a couple of hours and to operate the plant for me ? happened several times that I did not immediately see it

Ok, here we are. And you add a question, if you can tell me thank you : I last year I had done a recharge with dye, but the plant is ? downloaded slowly. Now after a year ? to zero. According to you, YOU SEE something with the UV lamp, or should I reload and after recheck ?
Thanks !

maybe I explained it badly..
the 3 charges.. were with tacciante... (2 previous posts the quote).. so it was almost a month.. that I had a tracer..
the mechanic I took sbolognato", saying that the lamp that emitted the sound..(when it detected the loss) was faulty... and him with that grape.. it was not so much an expert..
the fact remains, however.. that alone.. there was.. so.. it was really from them is that he lost... and I think.. that on the 500.. that alone.. is the spill..
is the week of work.. and I gave up.. next week.. I'll see' to find a replacement demoman (it should already found) and now replace the tube.. (because they are just convinced them of the loss..) then in the case... so much so that load... faro add as well the tracer.. (they told me that even if it remains in the system damages does not.. because it is a kind of oil)
work postponed to next week..!!
