Hello all,
I made the map to any such car, but unfortunately with ecm I don't have the driver to change the limiter turbo, does anyone have the address?
We also placed the map cos? give me some advice.
thanks
05ad92 and boostlimiter
5b576 and the map limiter turbo
according to me you have problems on the pierburg ,the limiter, and already more' top of the increases that have given you on the turbo
max tries to set the boostlimiter to 2150 and see if the same error occurs
Hello
The problem is not the turbo pressure.
The problem is the voltage pump, superatto the limit of 4.8 voltios.

could you explain to me and give me the tips to fix?
thanks
admin you can delete the above post please...
it seems to me there is a formula to determine the volts from the map
es..
in your case the map that maintains the valve n146(voltage pump) at 4500 rpm, injecting 50mg of diesel you as a real value in 3838
then if I'm not mistaken
3838*1.22 = 4.68 volts about
this in the original map
in your map you have put it as a real value
4128*1.22 = 5.1 volts to about
gezame confirm it?

as it says in gezame ? the voltage of the pump ( the tutbo not ? raised this to go into recovery )
even if I have not understood how to read those values and set them so? does not go in the block, why? ? annoying
in the ecm, the range boost limit ? 05B576 - 05B63E and you can even set it up as a straight line to the value of 2500 ( about 1.5 bar )
but I repeat that I do not think that is your problem.

Hello
Yes, exact.

Just to understand, but if I have a turbo plus for hp, I can't set more than 3935 that I get stuck in the pump ?
So, the solution of which it would be if the map more than I can give ?
change the pump or put diodes or resistors ?

This line of reasoning on that map I have to apply? or ? a bit from the change? could you tell me the address?
Hello, unfortunately I can not see the file, why? I still can't download.
I can give you an indication for?: do not increase the map of the pump (I don't know how to call it, I mean that the linearization: rpm vs flow rate (mg -> millivolt actuator pump - factor 1,221001) of pi? of 400 points.
Cos? will not go? in the recovery.

Hello,
you don't know how it is usually identified by the ecm tita?
Thanks
I have no idea, sorry.
When I get back can you please post a screenshot.

Thanks, cos? let's see if you can go back to the map concerned...... then if you use ecm and you have to if the map of a golf 90hp 4 so as to be more? precise in identifying the map in question would be even better.......
appearance your screen
Thanks
I attach a screenshot: 4507
Even if in retrospect: should be one of those that you have changed no?

Hello all,
yesterday evening I tested the map in question, and a user MARCUSMAGIC that he had solved a problama similar on another wv 90hp........
I noticed that with the ecm ? can change 3 torque limiters but really? looking at the map the bumps are 4 and in my actually the 4? (which remains outside the driver) does not ? modified......could this be my problem?
Thanks

Hello all,
in addition to the 4?limiter, I have to change other things? according to you I have solved the problem?
or do I have to decrease the increments on the other map not to exceed the tensions pump?
Thanks
on the map voltage pump .. do not give more than 80punti at 100% load
on the map voltage pump .. do not give more than 80punti at 100% load
Hello
Depends on the de version of the software, some files golds are ia to the limit.
in his file, the max value and 3838
then 3838+80*1.22= 4.78 volts
should be in the max value
right?

Hello all,
but for the map VOLTAGE PUMP, you mean the one that the ecm calls INJECTION CORRECTION?
Thanks

Guys, I still have not solved...... who I d? of the addresses?
why? to speak with the names of the maps who has a sw who has another and I can't seem to focus on the problem......
Thanks

then I try to lower it again......! perhaps you could even leave them in gold, what do you say????
Hello
Yes, you can leave them in gold, but you have to change other map in your mod file.
a fundamental question.... the pump, if one would find the unlock holding more than 5 volts??' or 5 volt ? at maximum range?? the solution ? just change the nozzles???

what are the other maps?
with the driver in the ECM does not see other, e-mail addresses.....
Thanks

The pressure of the pump should be the one that the ECM calls injection zoned, I was seeing a file ori a 150 hp engine, ARL, and at 100% load ariva to a value of 5800, multiplied by 1,22 exceeds 7 volts.
? can? or is the conversion factor to change?
I made a gaf crazy, ignore my previous message.
a fundamental question.... the pump, if one would find the unlock holding more than 5 volts??' or 5 volt ? at maximum range?? the solution ? just change the nozzles???
the maximum voltage that can? receive the actuator pump and of 4.85 v for me ? know.....
the question ? that at a given voltage the pump corresponds to a given excursion of the cam flow diesel pump itself.... the problem arises in the case in which to adjust the minimum is v? to move the actuator to,at a minimum, precisely, to get the correct regme minimum...as the pumps wear out being mechanical, it happens that to hold the motor at 900 rpm, for example, you must move the actuator to a p? more of the usual...now in the moment that we are going to change this blessed parameter also stood in the limit of 4,85 v the cursor to the discharge pu? do more than his race, and going to impact against the springs of the pump head(where you connect the flow pipe, the high pressure should be brought to the inniettori)resulting in destruction of the pump itself....this ori....the question then becomes complicated in case you decide to change the head of the pump with a more large to have more diesel....them to fix the map voltage, and accordingly the motor to the minimum and maximum c'? to lose sleep....time f? I posted a tread where cheidevo a hand in this regard...because theoretically we could determine how to act in the map to not have poblemi..but ahim? no one has been able to help much...
