Problem M.benz E320 Engine Code 648.961 Cooling Fan

The car in question, as I said, for the title ? a M. Benz E320 (211) CDI 204cv, the car ? was in a mercedes and they said to the owner that the fan is cold or the first speed? does not work then you should change the whole unit that is part of it.
