hi guys...I am attaching the file ori and the first mod of the bravo mjet 150hp that I took about ten days.
First of all, I made a first map only with the egr closed (to the contrary. if someone me the check)...now the car ? in the workshop to make megatagliando...distribution, various filters, cleaning manifolds, intake, and I removed the swirl, which needless to say had about half a cm of sludge...not to mention the egr...now you just tapped.
On edc15 c'? chance? do switch off the dell egr..su edc16 I read that you can't?...confirmed?
You can? make the switch off of the swirl or should I keep the starter motor cmq attacked?

The EGR ? excluded properly. For the swirl I'm sorry but I can not help since I do not have the permissions to access the guide on the forum and do not know how to do this change.

you can? do but the starter must remain still attached, otherwise you have to disconnect, see the DTC is stored, and then delete the dtc from the map

The exact leaves the starter motor of the swirl attached to and acting on the curves that regulate the opening you will not have problems.
Some while removing the swirl, do not give out any error on the body..then not c'? even the need to intervene from the ecu.

Guys, thanks for the chiariemnto about the swirl...now, I looked at the various maps in the network, and the curves of the egr are 4 to bring to 0...I see two on my...c'? any particular reason?
*magi1984 I would explain better?

I have given a look at the guides that are on-line, and for the EDC16C39 are 2 bends of the lead to 0. And you did.

Ah, ok...it is perfect...can you tell me something about the game?

Watch, some are 2..su the other 4..and on some there are 6 controls to be reset to the egr. Depends on the file, send me the ori in pm and I will tell you soon

Ah here is revealed...and then in parit? ecu these edc16 can have 2 4 or 6 hysteresis curves...too bad you can't do the switch off as on edc15...*alfa159, you around the map n pm

I sent you my ****...
I don't understand why? you say switch off on edc15..su these closes, bringing the maximum value in the map with the egr.
The Switch-off is on marelli 1.3 mjet

the exclusion egr is leading to 0 the two panettone after the injection phase,if you spin the map in a pm to the user alfa159q4 you're automatically going against our regulation of 80 messages from getting to see completely the attachments don't you think?

Then I apologize, I didn't want to go against the rules.

Guys, it is only fair if anything would serve to someone...here is the file with the egr off, the one posted before missing two curves!

This latter file that you posted ? the change that makes the Time. But what do I know ? simply the method used by you initially.

no, it's not ? enough, on my 159 170cv has created errors, and the machine did not exceed 30 km/h once the regeneration as an error and there was position the EGR incorrect, since when ? mod in the other way not to d? pi? problems!

Good to know. Probably the change with the sun 2 curve set to zero works without problems on a car without a dpf, while the one with the 4 curves set to zero ? necessary in the case of the dpf.
SandroMarciano

yes, the damos defines both the same way, but I think like you, in fact, in the machines that are born without dpf are typically located at values of 100 - 200 gi? series

As I said before on some cars there are 2 controls, on the other 4, and some of the 6.
For example on astra 1.9 (fiat engine) ecu edc16c39 not just the serial reading to close the egr, but it wants to read full bdm, why? lack of controls.

On this file are zeroed six curves

And is the file of a Good 1900 JTDM 150 cv DPF. I tried to do it with the time and makes the same change, it resets the 6 curves.

In fact ? made with the time, and the egr is closed cos?...then maybe just the first 4 turns, but it would be to do the tests!

attention to the egr that of the 1.9 and different to the one for the 2.0 and 1.6 mjet the first has only the command, while in the latter, you have command and position here is because you are more curves, of course I only know the differences of the egr but not the curves and then someone more experienced to confirm or deny this
Alfa159 q4

Experience on 1.6 mjet, type the punto evo, are the classic 6 curves for egr off

So guys...update..not withdrawn, bravo...done removing swirl, cleaning, suction pipes (there was the crap inside), clean egr...here it suck...clean aps on the intake manifold that was but was...Filters new, new timing...
I loaded the map noegr, diagnosis I d? egr 4%...but what? ? closed? or ? open slightly at 4%????
anyway, the flaw in that is slow to drop revs to the gear change c'? always...I have made a diagnosis in march, and everything works correctly: sensors, pedals, pedal, gas, rail pressure following the goal...
Alfa159 q4
06-04-2013, 15:24
Egr 4% ? correct.
The fact that it does not come down laps at the exchange rate has always done?

Hello alpha..the problem c'? always...that lag in the lower rpm...and I also tried to compare the map with the 147 mjet150hp ori..and 140hpori, and the right differences do not c'? nothing that I am leaps to the eye that might give you the problem...
needless to say, without swirl, pipes cleaned, polished and egr closed...the car ? a whole other thing...
