View The Full Version : Recognition ecu bosh from the label and wiring diagram FGTech Galletto
Hello all, I recently bought a FGTech Galletto 2-Master V5.0 with the extension of the bdm, I found a ecu for the initial trials, I don't know what kind of ecu ?, you give me a help to recognize it?
I would like to colleggarmi to the ecu and read it at the beginning without opening it with the cable boot
for? I don't know the layout of the connections on the pins of the connector, I'll post what c'? on the label, thanks.

This number corresponds to ecu bosch EDC16C39-5.65 Installed on the fiat croma 1.9 JTD 16v 110 KW motor type 939A 2.000
greetings
Thanks glittering chiffon party dress.fitted, can you postarmi the connection diagram pin-to-pin to the ecu?
Thanks, place the picture of the cable I need to use.

because the woi read with the cable tricore these can be read easily with the bdm is much more practical

Let me ask you again that you have just made legendaryslave why? to complicate your life? in any case, I am attaching the pinout of the edc 16c39 hello and good job to all

Thank you all, really? I have to learn how to do it in both ways, in the bdm for? I have to take it apart to force ok, I try the first in the bdm. I wanted to ask you a thing to read in bdm you need to use the pads in the kit , in this case, bosh, or can I connect directly to the cable saldandoci the socket? on the ecu to solder c ? a verse? thanks

I up to now, the bosch I have read from and written to in serial the marelli before galletto 2 bdm soldering the wires of the schedule modified directly on the bdm port the important ? use e xxx bosch hello and good fun.
By the way, if you really want to continue this work even buy a template ,assembles the schedule of the spring, the council: don't template the chinese have purchased but for charity? ? unstable I prefer to solder the wires on the door bdm hello

glittering chiffon party dress.fitted, then a question yesterday, I was doing a ecu tour I have not found the k-line cable tricore ,and I used the obd to do it but there is no or not I found it myself ?
the k-line are the green wires (igniction), gi? tried, to? ? always check the cable, to a friend lacked the resistance between the wires of the CAN line and the resistance in the wire BOOT.

I have a question for the reading in the boot or can the resistance it needs to be carried us or are internal to the rooster?

I, however, up until now, only via serial marelli bosch. tomorrow scoperchio the ecu and see what to do, one thing , I am 2 of schedule bosch only changes the type of the connector soldered on the top, one ? a plug is the male which then must be connected to the plug, the female of the band for the connection, the other has a plug-in connector, female-to-use, without cable , we endorse the ticket over once they put the males.I wanted to know if I wanted to weld the connettote male then connect to the board via the cable towards what would it be? the empty side of the connector goes toward the outside or the inside of the ecu? grazieeeeeee a thousand I don't know if I explained it
I have a question for the reading in the boot or can the resistance it needs to be carried us or are internal to the rooster?
in my case with the rooster clone 3-led are present in the connector of the cable boot ( and it works !! ),
but I think that in the original should stay within the interface, I say " I think " why not, I've never seen the ori;)
just check with the tester, the resistance between the two wires of the CAN and between the wire BOOT and the mass of the connector is disconnected from the interface.
I confirm that the green wire ? the line k? Why? measuring it gives me 12v.

For legendaryslave that I asked the question, and the others who are contributing to this post tomorrow, check if the cable tricore del galletto two there ? the cable corresponding to the kline I so far I never used, for the resistances from other news learned in the network should be someone says no tomorrow controllero', and we'll let you know greetings to all

The green wire is not kline but positive key ? well different is the only thread that pertain to the line l ? the yellow as shown in the figure in annex
Then the falletto2 has no k-line

do this test, take the cable DB15 - CARB and measure with an ohmmeter between pin 7 of the socket on the CARB (which corresponds to the K-line) and pin 7 of the DB15, then take the cable DB15 - BOOT and you will see that the green area corresponds to the K-line...in addition to the 12V...it's just that, I suppose, one of the relais exchanges the K-line and 12V depending on the driver used by configuring cos? the green according to customer's need?...here, one determines a way of working that is unique.

you are right ? wired the wire k.
thanks

I confirm what he has written macday, the green wire on the basis of the use of the galletto 2 can also become a k-line for the resistors, on the grey wire ? this, and also on the orange greetings
Hello, I need everyone's help to start reading in the bdm. I open the ecu, I am attaching the image + image platelets bdm.
I thought I would remove the connector strip positioned on the plate bosch, and to pay the tips of the spring, so as to avoid welding
on the ecu. On the coupon, c'? also another connector, I think it is for the external power supply, in each case
I have to use only the cable to the bdm to read? or do I need to add something on that connector, if you look at the attached image,
there risulter? everything more clear thanks.
Can't wait to read it for? I look forward to a response to avoid a mess.
Soon, thanks in advance.
