Encryption Keys with remote control 147

Hi to all.
I have a problem with my car, a 147 1.9 jet 16v 2003.
I have a key with remote control that does not work any longer. Let me explain: the key switch on the machine? the remote control is not recognized. I replaced the battery in the key, and I also tried with a detector of frequency and transmits three different signals on 433 mhz.
Where is the catch??

hello...if you use multiscuscan (fiat ecuscan)...c'? a function in the "body computer" that allows you to pair the remotes...you can find it under "adjustment" once you are connected to the body. There are written instructions...if this does not work, any diagnostic makes you the procedure...
