then I will introduce you, briefly, my adventure: 4 months ago I install a turbine reconditioned on an alfa gt 140cv needless to say that the installation ? been made to the rules of art, today I call the customer telling me that you and route the turbine 400km from my home, I said ok let me send the compressor, which I do see from the company that performed the review in order to understand effettevimante the cause of the break if for my negligence on my part or for some other reason.
The sales starts to rant saying that I would have said that I had to risarcirgli all the damage and would have to install another turbine, I say ok let's take a nice skill from an expert to understand the actual causes of the rupture, the orch? betrays himself alone, and tells me that while he was going you ? on light oil ? stopped in autogril but the ****th e oil was ok and continued the journey, the answer is that the problem may have been the lack of lubrifazione that has led to the break up but I would have riconusciuto the turbine warranty.
the moral of the facts he wants compensation for the work they are performing at another workshop, and a turbine for me, would have returned,I explained that it may not work so the thing and him getting more pissed off see you in court, arrived at this point as I do you tell me any advice and well accepted

they are almost always so? customers some scholars, in the meantime, I believe that at the time it was all verbal, then all the work carried out in workshops or dealerships must be guaranteed at least x 12 months,in this case, since you have only done the montage I do not believe in the sincerity? that the fault may be an incorrect assembly, given that they have spent 4 months, the causes can be many, the turbine revision, with materials that are not idoni lack of lubrication, etc, and ecct..intando you given that you are aware of what happened, you should inform the company that has supplied the turbine xch? also, she and responsible for the warranty, the customer must make a request for non-verbal but x writing and then eventually, but after the first move is up to him in the quote, you at the moment do not have to do anything just make sure you have the invoice of the supplier of the turbine and x any claims..but I will preuccupare I think they are only verbal threats lawyers know that nn ? the road check.

according to me, from the moment that they took it down other people is the warranty ? fallen, you can defend in a thousand ways, insurance companies will find a thousand excuses for not paying, for example, the defects of the cars sold second hand, the problem ? perhaps that, by law, a repair technician must have a insurance, of course you need to have for theft, for? I don't know if also for qst cases

me ? success that a turbine regenerated you ? broken during the test drive with the customer on board. Needless to say, the work ? been performed in an impeccable manner, oil and filter replaced, the pipes are clean, air filter is new, clean the egr, intercooler clean and dwin pipe replaced. I sent the turbine back to get it expertised, and they told me that the cause ? was out of rpm of the turbo and therefore is not covered under warranty.
Apart from the fact that a variable turbine geometry is so many of those rides ( even 150.000-180.000 rpm) that I don't understand what could be an out of laps, we were not even pulling, I was at constant pace. Moral of the story: fortunately, the client was a comprehensive (and was with me in the car when ? success)car off the road for 1 month, the customer has replaced the turbo and it has bought back a new one, and I the work of removing and rimomntaggio.

I turbines regenerated take ever, and if you buy the client, I do mind that if something happens I will not say anything

Eh, ? always pi? difficult to work today (the complaints on the whole, payments, etc..)
The problem ? that you have not received the car in your workshop.
You should figure out how much oil was in the car when ? arrived in the workshop and also the color, if it was clear very likely the customer had just made the topping, and after he says to you: " but ? the most of the oil".
The everti said that he has seen the light of the pressure already? directs you on the right road. if the car has the indicator of the ****llo/oil minimum ****llo?

Today, the doctors are afraid to operate because? if something goes wrong, immediately taking complaints, they end up in the newspapers and sent home. Cos? we'll finish us!

First of all, before to do the work to another had to consult with you or at least assist with the disassembly, in doing so he has put in the position of not being able to defend, then it must also justify the fact of having consulted with another mechanic from the time that thou hast not refused to rimetter hand on his car, or made indissponibile, challenges immediately who has revised the turbine (possibly via ***** cos? you have a document with a certain date)in order to be able to demonstrate your good faith and helpfulness? in wanting to tackle and resolve the problem if due to a problem of revision turbo.
