Problem limiter speed Daily

Hi all !
I have a problem with a daily 2.8 2003,
on the ecu had been put to another file that is 125cv but the machine does not draw well,
as for the booklet it showed 140 I found the file qu? in the forum, and written, result now
goes well and has more? the vacuum between 1800 and 3000 for? now don't exceed 100 km / h thing
this did not happen before, and came to as much as 150 , both files are the ori.
Anyone has any idea where is the speed limiter? on these files, or if c? another way to get around it ?

Sorry guys I have not updated the discussion, I made a p? of tests but don't get it right( I don't even know if ? actually a bit only ).
Anyway, I solved by putting on a different file ori who passed me a friend and now get to 130, not ? very good but I had to leave cos? also because I kept a nice p? still.
