View The Full Version : Clogging degree
Hi guys, the other night I defappato a 159 1.9 JTDm 8V 120 hp with ecu Bosch EDC 16C39, HW_0281015163 SW_1037398255, with ecusafe, read tour and so far everything is simple and ok. I write the file in the ecu, and provo. I do a diagnostics to check the egr and the values of the fap and the clogging was at 0%. I'm going to go for a ride and everything is ok, I go back in the workshop, make the diagnosis, and I see the clog to 1000%. I take the file to the control and, in fact, the sw had also changed 1E46EE a bit, I'm going to see on the chart, and I find the curves that are also in the manual of the forum, then I edit the file and fill the values as the original, except for, and to compare the files and the curve is lowered as in the manual. I write the file I do the diagnosis and the clogging was still 1000%....!! It never happened to someone....????
I attach the files ori and mod for a comparison.
ecusafe on some of the sw busts a address the negative -6 if I'm not mistaken... it should be the last address that tap... what ? the volume of the DPF
you have to put it back to the original......
to the lighthouse to appear again at 0%, you should do sost.DPF through diagnosis
The address of which I speak ? the last....and I reported the original data....
I would take cos? that ? the way pi? logical,
replace the original map, do sost. DPF diagnosis, replace the map without the DPF.
Cos? doing it you will have all the parameters to zero.
Mmm......For another, the machine does not ? even in the workshop now....
Nothing will happen.... then back systems.
If you're lucky with the correct data entered, you may adapt by only covering a lot of miles...
But you can ascertain for yourself.
You, my doubt now was if I changed some of the data that pertain to the regeneration, but I don't think....

I wanted to understand why you opened this discussion off-limits.

I think that this is a particular section and not for everyone, and if you open similar discussions here do you not understand much.
No No... I understand.... The manual of the degree of clogging ? in the section off-limits, and I thought I'd open the discussion... but I don't think I have created any major problems, the rest have also moved... anyway, I apologize for the inaccuracy!
