Hi,guys I have a problem with a class 180CDI,on the road, and the hand of the temperature always remains in the initial position, i.e. up to 40 degrees.I connected the diagnosis and accelerating from a standstill at 3000 rpm, a constant temperature rises gradually.Starting from a temperature of 18 degrees, the flow rate of 65 degrees, taking about 30 minutes and I noticed that the instrument panel coincides with the values of the diagnosis.I changed the thermostat thinking it was stuck open and also the water temperature sensor but it's not changed anything.I don't know what to think.

see that probably remains the thermostat is always open and tends to remain low temperature

I ? arrived in the workshop girl saying that it was blocked in the steering....the a-class.
I tried to make a diagnosis, but then I saw that ? diagnosable that, c'? just a classic pump and that's it.
there ? ever happened to you that you block these?

As already mentioned, the thermostat I changed it, but nothing, the problem remained.
With regard to the problem of michele30, if the vehicle is a class a model w168 most of the cases it is the pump that hangs on the need to replace.
The terms and conditions of the fan? ? stops, or for the case always turns?

But the pipes are cold or warm.
So the problem usually happens when it circulates the water or fan on all the time. 't tell the pump that should not be why? should go in the ebolizione.
However, you feel the same pipes and see if they are all hot, I would not like to not circulate well

Not the fan and stops .The pipes before it heats the top and then starts to warm up the lower one.

so, let's say that the thermostat is working.
but if on the road with the machine already hot go with the diagnostic tool with the parameter on temperature, what happens?

On the road I didn't try it with the diagnosis, but found that the temperature on the instrument panel does not move.
The thermostatic valve is defective.I will explain it to you only so ,why are you saying that heats up the second manigoto that if the temperature is low and needs to stay cold

I agree...I see no other solution..

Hi guys, yesterday I did leave the car and I arrived at the problem. As the customer had made to replace the motor by a mechanical mount the system had mistaken the connector of the water temperature sensor with the temperature sensor diesel and vice versa. So problem solved, thanks to all.

hello, I have a class a 180cdi, then in the meantime if the knob of the stove is on the blue and then on the cold the fan ? always active, if you put more than 24gradi if I'm not mistaken you can turn off the fan in my car on average is up to 70 degrees the temperature, when I shot in the summer rises to nearly 80 but not more?, I checked everything and more? and everything works fine, sar? that the operating temperature of this drive must be low.
