Hello everyone, a client of mine brought me a map to load on his grande punto 75hp and seen that ? equal the same of my I decided to upload it also I gave it a try. The machine ? ready, has a nice shot and pushes hard at all rpm, with a slight decline after the 2900. So far nothing bad...on the contrary!!! The problem ? only one... to me after 15 days he started going to shock the machine as soon as I leave the clutch, only with the first. Example: without speed up, just pull the clutch, the machine is not smooth, it goes to shock... even if accellero a little and childbirth, the machine goes to shock... a problem with the clutch. The number of my customer I lost it and I don't know where to go to find a visa that does not ? even my country. Now I would like to know from someone if you can? be depended on from the map that consumes the clutch or if you have had some problem with my regardless of the map. The foot pedal ? very light, as if it had a new clutch just fitted.. I Would like to have first of all an opinion from some expert, I know that has values with increases in exaggerated on the limiters... possibly some advice to improve it.

Hello abberello...no ? a problem of the map, which you have had from the beginning..? just the friction of the 1.3 mjet that after a p? is it so?...and ? cos? on 3 gpunto that I have tried..two 75hp and a 90...the same defect..tears in the start...(we are talking about cars with mileage around 60,000 km and no map).

hello, the map is not ? grand ch?,starting from the fact that both of the injection times that of the pedal ? party too much from low revs, doesn't it ? been touched the rail, and finally has changed the management of the turbo as a 90hp when ? a 75hp,but it sure is not the problem ? the map

and in any case, each machine has its history and its wear and tear doesn't mean anything, the fact that your with a map more soft has had problems with the clutch and its not even having a map more aggressive obviously yours was next to the replacement.

I provatoa take a p? by shifting the clutch.. for about 5 minutes in a row... I'm not saying that it stinks!! But the problem with that ? almost gone completely! Regarding the map you have tips for me to improve it?

I have recommended it to rub a little not to destroy it...
stationary with the handbrake on as s? I had to start the climb....

After the sfrizionata yesterday the problem ? gone! I work in a small auto parts store and I've never understood the clutches reinforced where they are, and those who produce them! I like clutches withdrawal AP, Luk, Sachs, Raicam, Mecarm, Quinton Hazzel and Valeo and seeing the online catalogue and tecdoc, there is only one code for my car!! also to withdraw the Fiat to me from a code only!

Look, forget about find clutches, which are reinforced in the catalogues of aftermarket replacement parts...of spare parts equal to the original...anyway, I personally I mount a clutch CO.Me. ? a company of milan...look it up online...
I know others who have also fitted sachs performance...

I know that it is a modification on the clutch, which consists of consumarere of the pins that prevent the perfect adhesion between the clutch disc and the flywheel, consuming adheres to the pi? and do not have the problem of the clutch slipping,I know why? when I make beautiful maps thrusts,I let him do this change by a mechanic and do not have ir? problems

Hello explode...I'm sorry, but I don't understand what is changing...are you referring to the pins that hold the friction material?

hello abberello also according to me the map ? exasperated, I in my opinion, rivedrei the map of the pedal, and according to me riguarderei torque limiters........to improve it, you can still play with the diesel and moddare map lambda', but careful of the smoke............and if it still does not satisfy you, then try also with the advances........and also follow the suggestion of explode82....... good fun

explode82
12-02-2013, 16:12
in reality, there are things to review, but with the advice that I gave him already will see a difference, then other things such as the lambda, not the toccherei, why? matters of temperature, not knowing the car that midifiche mechanical there are

pdtechnology
13-02-2013, 09:28
but in fact, I also agree with your opinion, in fact, I told him to follow them......I wanted to give some other input....anyway abberello I always I advise you to review the limiters.....always good fun!!!!
