hi guys, I have a problem with a suzuki jimny 1.5 ddis, basically, as you turn the key, it stays on the small curl of the glow plugs and the machine will not, in the diagnosis comes out of the fault p0608 voltage sensor, diagnosis, matched by a fault on the rail pressure, virtually all start-up I find that the control unit detects 2000bar pressure, impossible thing, unplugged the connector of the pressure sensor on the rail of the rail, and I find myself with a 5-volt reference, but I find myself between signal and gnd short-circuit, the thing should not be normal.... I think that is the unit outward.... does anyone have any experience in the matter, perhaps ? happened to you?? how you have acted?? thanks a lot for info!!

I had the same error on a large puno 1.3 mjet and the problem is ? solved by changing the pressure sensor on the rail
in my case for? mass and signal were not in short-circuit

you should go back to the thread of the mass and of the signal and see if I am short also on the comb of the control unit.
if they are not in short the problem ? wiring and not the ecu

Hi,the 5 volts are those that come from the engine control unit ,and the other wire and the ground, and the third wire and the signal that the ignition is switched on must be 0.5 volts. To check if there is a short circuit, you have to detach the press of the control unit. With the engine idling signal in the output should be 1.2 volts.I hope that I have been in to help.Greetings.

I answer to both, pretty much the makkina's not on the bike, so I am unable to turn it on, apart from this, I have tried, the second wire, that ? mass and the signal, a third wire, both short-circuited, if disconnected the plug of the unit is always on the spinet, are not more in the short.... the problem then ? inside the control unit.... to hear someone says that I have the 2000 bar xk? ? the way in which we send in the recovery of the car.... to feel others just do an update and the problem disappears.... bho!!! I nn I am convinced of it!!!

Hello ,perhaps not we understand each other ,I was saying that you have to measure the output signal (outlet colegata) with a tester
1.the framework aceso-o,5 v
2.var turn the engine with the starter motor-should arrive around 1 v
if you do not ariva or.8 -1 v control the pressure output of the pump, and if all alaid to make the test of the inietori

2000 bar why? go into recovery? When you enter recovery from the problem to the pump low pressure, at least mine says this....marks two when the problem ? inherent in the power supply circuit.

Hi rego88 forget for a while the diagnosis and make a simple test with a tester.
1.the control panel is on and the associated press -5 volts on the center wire and 0.5 volts on the signal wire
2.run the engine with the starter motor -0.7 ,0.8 volts,if not, check the output pressure of the pump and if everything is fine to make the test of the injectors

check the wiring that goes from the ecu pressure sensor and see if the values are right! then if you want to do good, you can connect a potentiometer to the wiring of the sensor and go in the diagnosis, before you put it to minimum and see what happens in diagniosi that value, and then try it to the maximum!!! so you can understand if the signal to the ecu....

I was talking today with the workshop and practically put on another unit and the same problem now or ? the wiring or something else!!!

at this point I would say to check the wiring!! is the stupid tv of the engine management, and gradually controls everything with the multimeter and you'll see that there's going to be some wire that does not touch well I'm short!!
