Hi guys, I hope someone of you can help me in this dilemma that we have...so we have a beverly 400 ? been transformed into a 500...now it mounts an injection MIU40...we have enough petrol, and so far everything is ok, the only problem that remains ? that up the walls to 160km/h and we can not understand the reason... c'? who says that ? too early who has no idea....I hope you can help me...Thanks a lot

you should adapt the transmission ? fundamental in the motors drive the centrifuge.

the transmission ? adequate....with the original broadcast, and with that change the speed? ? the same....not ? the problem of transmitting...

are you sure??get the rev limiter the engine?how many rounds he pulls??

Metropolis
01-02-2013, 15:34
Doesn't reach the limiter...I don't have the rev counter so I don't know...but I can say that compared to when there was the 400 the engine rooms of turns as the first on the left wing...I don't say anything, but it should do the
the same speed? tip as it was 400 or am I wrong?

today I and the admin we have mapped a monster lieger 440cc 6cv diesel with control unit identical to the 1.3 mjet also as maps, after you have adjusted everything and given oil with the shovel to make it go a little bit the speed was identical to the original, and then is caused to intervene on the drive.

Metropolis

Ok msport and we are...but if I did the speed? the original did when it was 400 I would have been happy...but we have lost 10km/h....not ? the problem of transmitting boys....I even took a transmission of a 500, and it is mounted under...? the same does not change anything...? the engine that fails to take the turns and not to climb on the pi?....

so let me understand you've taken the cylinder 500 and have it mounted with the head ori 400

Metropolis

Then I took the cylinder piston and cylinder head complete with camshaft of the 460 and I mounted it....I mapped adapting the gas, and here we are...now in reach reach 160km/h and stops them...first with the 400 comes almost 180km/h (I mean sleep)...now I don't understand why? I...I have heard that it could be that ? a delay...but before touching the advances wanted to ask advice of you experts before touching the advances...another thing you know how to remove the lambda from the map?

by mounting the G. T. of the 460 on your "block" you have done nothing but shift the entire torque curve and power,of course, more,at a number of revolutions higher that the new transmission fails to reach as a petrol aspirated in order to give more power and torque must necessarily turn higher....also by mounting the transmission of the 500 you cannot have the same pestazioni of this because your engine now ? a cross between a 400 and a 500, then the only way to make the rpm and speed in this medium and work up on the transmission tarandola ad hoc for this medium, and its weight including driver of course...
without tachometer to calibrate a continuously variable transmission, and quite complicated, but with a p? of tests you can...
if your vehicle is too early ignition you will know also "beat slightly in the head"....

when you say that you have adequate gasoline what do you mean? not ? that you have exaggerated?

Metropolis
12-02-2013, 11:23
I mean that I have sufficient gas to a ratio of 13.4...I have the stechiometro of course I have not greased.

then start to remove some degree of advance, can I ask you if the compression ratio ? changed?

Metropolis
12-02-2013, 21:09
I can not say as I have not measured the 400 and that of the 460...anyway I have already? done already? a map...but the time is not ? of the best and then when there will be? nice time we will see...

for curiosity? and to conclude the thread in a constructive manner...you ? solved??

Metropolis

unfortunately I have not had yet any evidence..the time I was still allowed to test...

ok, well hopefully then =)

I advise you to also need a rev counter Koso for example...the belt ? ok or well worn? (measure with the gauge in width and confontala with a new one of the same brand). Why? if the ratio afr ? ok I don't know..

news? with the advent of the summer season? =)

Hi there...new?? for now, no, I came to 170km/h...now I see to mount the tachometer to realize the speed and these days I want to disassemble the gears in the final to see if they are ir? short or pi? long of the original 500...

Xtreme0303

But reports pollens malossi or the top?

Metropolis

none of the three I have now the original 400 and I want to see if you are ir? short of the 500...
