First impressions replacement Downpipe and Tube luca stanca

Hi guys,
I wanted to share kn you my first impressions on the removal/replacement Downpipe + tube luca stanca and relative exclusion Egr/Dpf kn the program on my 159 2.4 jtdm.
The work ? was made on Saturday, and for issues of time, space, insufficient in my box, and any surprises, I preferred to run it in the' workshop of the friends ke kindly loaned me a bridge, and if the bad luck he put a hand in being a first-write in the map, I had a thought in the least seen ke the car was already there.
After you have replaced the various pipes, I do kn the writing of the map mod. kl my mpps and surprise, than the reading time of about 40min. in writing we put 1min. about :eek:
.... actually after reading many mishaps happened to other friends, I was a p? doubtful but luck x starts up without any problem.
Then I go out and start the test phase hoping ke nn turn on no light error.
My first impressions from the beginning are the ke of the car, it seems to me much more? the reactive starting right from the lowest revs, whereas before I felt better the turbo-lag, in fact, up to 2000 rpm and struggled to rise.
Another positive note, at least for me ke ? improved the sound, though speaking of a diesel engine, it has acquired a shade? pi? aggressive.
Negative note, before I seemed to get more? quickly to the threshold of the 4000giri the last gear, but it might be an impression perk? I could try kme you must to traffiko on the track.
At the time from Saturday to today I have done 400km without any light, and at the moment, they are pleasantly pleased. Waiting for others to qndo make? a map dedicated.

hello franco, this one ? the current map that I use after the replacement of the downpipe and the pipe luca stanca with Egr and Dpf Off done with the Time

ps:according to you, the sn states sclusi in the correct way?

For the EGR, in my opinion, for the DPF are completely incompetent

mah I with the substitution of the fap I have not noticed any improvement ,except in a diagnosis with the egt

You have not seen any improvement, but you have the egt low.
I now you could map more heavily.

The improvement at low revs you can feel how you mount the downpipe, only with the dpf off the difference ? little.
I am talking about the 2.4, 1.9, even with the downpipe the difference ? minimum.

Hello guys, I wanted to connect to this discussion, why? I recently mounted on my 159 1.9 150hp jtdm q-tronic a downpipe and a straight pipe with cat 200 cell magnaflow in place of the DPF and made do, of course, the necessary changes to the ecu closing the DPF and EGR without? no the MAP.


The only thing that is most noticeable with the downpipe ? the whistle of the turbine, which now feels more out from the exhaust....if I put a terminal sports do you think the sound will improve??

if you put a terminal sporting a little bit improves the sound but little,for the downpipe definitely improves the bass.

the downpipe is a straight tube of stainless steel with flanges in lieu of precatalizzatore.
