View The Full Version : features CR injectors bosch
Hello guys after a long search on the web I finally found a pdf that I think make? the happiness? for many who want to replace their injectors, common-rail, congnizione cause....
I would ask for?,especially tezzero and lumaracing that s? be two technicians diesel, but who's? something about me kindly a p? this pdf...the one that is not so much to me and clear the unit? to measure...I don't understand if you are in DC or in mm3....someone can? kindly enlighten me??
I am attaching the file for the pass, you can speak to me or msport...
Thanks to all of you.
In the pdf are indicated in the tables of calibration of the injectors bosch to do with test bench for pumps injection with common rail simulator.. test with injection pump "any"(I use that mercedes) are listed three tests : starter : 250 bar medium load and max load with the corresponding injection times (which are the same for all three tests) cubic cm of flow and ebb, that you should get with the associated tolerances..if you are not using a simulator bosch calibration values for the feedback change..I hope I was clear
hello tezzero..thanks for the clarification...I would like to ask you for? to confirm would be best if the unit? measurement in the pdf are in cubic centimeters and not in mm cubic...
and then in the light of all this, I would like to ask you what are the reference values of the maximum flow of fuel of the fuel injectors to be taken into consideration if we want to mount the "stuff more coarse" of the injectors, and the original date car always reading from the pdf????
the cio? where is the law which the maximum flow rate of fuel that an injector puts out??
Thanks in advance for your response....
Hello
hello munro..... I personally have a tour, I've seen the pdf, but are in close contact with a pompista.... anyway, to tour the calibrations are expressed in cubic centimeters, CC, and trials, as he said tezzero doing so, however, my pompista, is not the test to 250 bar, but it only checks those bar starts the injector to open, then test at 1000 revolutions of the pump, (for those not in the know', CR pumps are reduced to a half, depending on the rpm of the engine.... that is, if the engine is 1000 rpm, the pump 500, if the engine to 4,000 rpm the pump is 2000 and so on) measure the DC to 1000 rpm, then repeated the test at 2000 rpm and see if it reports with tables.... ;)
the calibrations are in DC..The fuel flow rate in the table of calibration ? the actual maximum ? only a reference to test if the injector is working correctly..the injector.c.rail bosch differ in degree of splash number of holes and diameter of the same,we should have the detailed card of the nozzles and then compare them..but according to me this served as the bread for the mechanical injectors to increase the flow..with the mappings done well is increased to a great without the need for so much..

hi munro ,and can have the pw??
Thanks!

I've looked at the bosch table..I also use different methods the starting, for example, the text with 150 bar at 20 hz opening..if, instead, imposed the simulator automatically I f? do: 200 bar 20 hz start-up medium load 800 bar (60 hz up to 1000 bar 80 hz and ovviamneto I have the tables with the flow for most of the codes bosch delphi siemens denso etc etc..
the calibrations are in DC..The fuel flow rate in the table of calibration ? the actual maximum ? only a reference to test if the injector is working correctly..the injector.c.rail bosch differ in degree of splash number of holes and diameter of the same,we should have the detailed card of the nozzles and then compare them..but according to me this served as the bread for the mechanical injectors to increase the flow..with the mappings done well is increased to a great without the need for so much..
ok tezzero...you want to tell me that from the tables you cannot tell if an injector from more diesel than another?
looking at the table, and taking into consideration e.g. an injector fiat 0 445 110 002 sivede that in the column where it says "de****y1" me between 8.2 and 9.2 cc of oil with 1350 bar press...
now if I I take a look at another injector fiat to es 0 445 110 119 I see that in the same column "de****ry1" me from 10-11,5 cc of diesel oil is always to 1350 bar pressure....according to my ingnoranza on the subject ? so???
Do you not understand my speech or I have not explained well...the differences are there in the base with the holes and the size of the same and if we go on the technical and also the lift of the needle of the atomizer ? adjustable through shims..my account ? in the fact that by mapping the ecu correctly!! you get to increases without substantial ammattirsi in the search for an injector pi? performance unless you want to develop a car from the exaggerated performance..that's all
thanks tezzero for the tuadisponibilit? to explain....but I would like to ask you if, for example, we take the bosch fiat 0 445 110 119 from the table, putting out 10-11,5 dc or 100-115mm3 to 1350 bar if I wanted to increase the iq to 140mm3 or 14cc without touching the injection time the press rail..what alternatives would I have??you could increase the lift of the needle to get more oil or and it is desirable to have an injector or nozzle directly big??
You can? raise the lift of the needle, there are the pins, probes of various sizes
I forgot to add that each injector also differs from the other degrees of splash.. that must have according to the combustion chamber of the engine part the most? or less than 124? until you get to 160? except for a few 180? but not with the common rail. Then the eye!!!!
yes yes I know..thanks tezzero..I have a pdf of the nozzles of the seven diesel, where me is a lot of info on the number and size of holes and listing of resources corners of injection...
seven??never heard of it..weird
for you or even for those who need it...
ok thanks!! can always come in handy...I have them gods of other companies
if you can mail...even me are always comfortable....I "I've been toying around" very often with pumps and injectors....and all the rest of course....
ok ,,I have the material in the workshop for? ? paper see if I can scan...
if you can...it would be very useful...
if I can post something at the end of the week
thank you in advance....thank you so much.
...tezzero sorry but if you have the tables ina for the injectors CR??type this:
http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/882/tabellainainiettori13mj.png (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/20/tabellainainiettori13mj.png/)
this in particular ? of the 1.3 fiat multijet...and according to me they are the real manne from the sky...why? you can know with accuracy the flow rate of an injector according to the press rail and tinj..***** and it is also clear from the table that the injector in question, put out 50mm3 of diesel to 1400bar and 900us of tinj...and so in the moment that one goes to the map unauto with these injectors already? s? purposes where spigersi with the tinj to have a certain iq....
if you would have of the other, and could you post it that would be great!!!
good morning raga , rispendo this discussion that me ? output in the search engine .. I am there? is the situation . I had to change the uggelli to my injectors Bosch 0 445 110 111 mounting nozzles DLLA148P1221 6fori x 0.15 mm.... (I will not explain the reason x shame ahahha) anyway gave a lot of original research bosch cost me 60€ each x 5 injectors , that I found them in competition with a great price . now I have arrived but I am 8-hole and the supplier told me that he was wrong and that the ones sent are DLLA148P1622 or DLLA1488P1819 , but I can not find the inclination and the diameter of the holes , and unfortunately I still can't download the attachment at the beginning of the discussion x to see the specific ...
now the seller tells me that sends me to his expenses the uggelli right , but I was thinking that if I mount these 8 holes avr? a higher flow rate , but I have to recalculate the injection timing for the new flow rate ( which will be shorter) and the advances that will be minor .. all this can only bring benefits, I think , what do you think ?
also in parit? size hole for es of 0.15 microns, passing from 6 to 8 holes c'? a difference of 2 holes in the pi? of course... then c'? an increase in IQ of 30% remaining with the same time and with the same advances...
however I see if the codes pulverizers I can go back to the exact specifications...
however, from the catalog in my possession(which you find in this discussion is detectable easily on the web) the DLLA148P1622 not to me returns them..instead, as regards the DLLA148P1819 ditto...
the catalogue brings me to the DLLA152P1819 and tells me that they are 7x0,21x152?
anyway ****** ? your friend...

with 110mm3 the 2.4 20v mjet sar? a true animal of power,I believe you're around 250cv...I ne s? something since I had a 156 2.4 20v mjet sportwagon with more or less the same cavalry....sin for the drive shafts and the clutch that are weak to certain powers for the calculation of the times I suggest you to use microsoft excel s? there is no calculation pu? give you the mathematical certainty 100% reliable due to a number of factors that influence the outcome....
if I'm not mistaken, if you search the forum you will find a discussionein which was in at the time, intervened and also a user an expert about it unfortunately does not attend more....
you have to use another excel function for the calculation of the times...
you must not use the interpolation....
for the gt 2256 trust that holds well even the 2bar abundant...
all st? to monitor the egt....
to the atomizers if you type the code directly on ****** something jumps out to me... I have not tried to do that for?...
I don't understand why your idea of change advances and times by mounting the nozzles are more big to the ori...
not n? I see the reason...usually f? this mod why to inject large quantities of oil with the iniettorri stock to force things, you end up prolonging the duration of fuel injection over a certain time angle and then with a pulverizer bigger at the same time injects more fuel in the afterburner, and then not c'? not even the need to touch any of the advances...
I have used this stuff on the web and doing.the test taking time of 10 and 70mm3 I tried to calcolar the 80mm3 that are already? in the map , and the final score was very close , x this I used this, but if there's a better one I'd be happy to get to know him ! Maybe even one of the advances ! For the crowd looking at the graph with the scale below the 2.4 I know that already? 1.6'altino , witho the 1.9 I agree with 2 bar ... X the speech to recalculate the times and advances comes from the fact that I like having the.the map is well informed and when they ask for a tot mm3 inject that tot and not the top as in the case in which we mount the nozzles in the pi? big , in fact, the map of time, which advances , if calculated for the flow maggione , will be pi? low both as time and as advances , and everything will work? in the right way
