View The Full Version : scodifica or clone ecu denso dec 30 opel meriva 1700
Hi, I have brought the workshop to a control unit of a meriva and a similar outlet in demolition to make virgin or clone with that
car's original ecu ? a dense dec30, the ones with the hump on one side, someone I can? to give a straight?c'? a 2eprom you can read or swap?
the ecu is behind it ? closed by a lid secured with 4-point type welding and then before going to open it, I wanted to be sure of being able to do the job. Thanks
I'm sorry but I don't know you, the only thing that comes to mind ? you can read the eeprom with the Rooster, or in the various in the OBD, maybe uqalcuno pi? expert you losa say.
Probably prover? to open the one from the demolition to understand something, usually with the ecu opel before disassembly of the car is taken from you can enter in the diagnosis and having a procedure done, you take it
the mountain on the other car and dignosi with the carpass you can? farel'adaptation. For this type of ecu I have seen that c'? one instrument that puts them in a condition to adapt to another car, to find?.
If you get the chance? test so in the meantime, let's see if it has an eeprom inside. If not I get it wrong ? one of those with 2 sockets in the upper... does not must be a walk to open it..:)
open the unit without difficulty, contains a 93c66 tonight I try to read it with the tweezer why? the ecu ? hybrid but the 2eprom ? a psp noemalssima only, which is quite a special resin with the circuit.
With the tweezers nothing to do, tomorrow the balance 8 wires on the 2eprom and I connect to the programmer.
but not the pitch for the bdm??cos? a microibrida??? I believe that the kessv2 perhaps in boot mode should let you read it but I'm not sure....who knows? if some experienced user can? tell her...
however, I think that even the k-tag should be read in boot mode...
the ecu ? a microibrida, pitches, c'? they are also, but too many! not ? as the thick of the race the 1700's this ? all different, all the ones I've asked have told me that they will do nothing if you do not unlock before disassemble it
the car was demolished and the carpass always of the car was demolished.
Tried to solder the connections directly on the memory but not the law you have to remove it to force the issue ? remove the resin with which? pasted.

take some photos and if you can is able to serve all of you!!!
To remove the resin test with a drop of paint stripper and then clean with trichloroethylene
very good advice angel..I would try also to warm up before the board with a hair dryer, not too obvious, and then apply the paint stripper on the stage of "cooling" and then clean it with trichloroethylene...
Gi? tried unfortunately, stripper trichloroethylene hot air...resin ? so hard it seems the glass. For the photos I have to sort things take patience will do so? to the pi? soon.At this point, since the control unit can also ruin it(the demoman) I thought I cut the terminals of the memory in a manner to isolate it from the circuit, solder the wires and try to read it to see if it at least ? the memory right, in this case, on the inside I had to find the frame numbers etc
Here are the photos as promised. With the screwdriver st? indicating the memory, a 93c66.
If you would like to adopt an attempt, ? an attempt, therefore, first try on the one demolished, identifies the quartz, if you see it and you can put in short the pins, after that try to read it by soldering the wires on the memory as you did before.
Ottma idea, only that the quartz has the terminals at the bottom and hard to get there, for? the idea ? very good.
You have taken a few steps forward then?? I'm curious
no, unfortunately, the e2prom cannot read on the board and the quartz ? a casino remove it, why? ? pasted as the memory, I returned the ecu but now I procurer? another why? I want to try with the upa or x-prog since I have them.
Sorry if dusted this post, but com'? went to finish?
Also, I am struggling with this ECU and come to a stop.
You managed in the enterprise?

if ? the dense engines 17DTR there are 3 93c66 in a row to copy from one ecu to the other together with the micro clone with ktag or piasini
