I have an astra gtc 150hp 2005, with problems on the swirl. Do you know if ? can physically delete them without causing problems in diagnosis, such as happens on the 159?? I would not want to after that I deleted everything that would give me error in diagnosis is the same.

we say that the problem ? on the mechanics, for which I do not care to delete from the control unit as a gi? routes. I see the file to download between today and tomorrow, are messed up for a couple of days.

however, if you have to act physically then delete the swirl but the starter should work.
I...you can physically delete everything but the starter motor actuator must be connected to the wiring if you don't want to do the mod
the file.....

Let's say that the mod file is not ? needed because, by force of things do I have to delete the game being broken, I just wanted to understand if and eliminate them physically could create problems of errors, perhaps with a check manifold pressure by the ecu, although leaving it connected to the starter motor.
Should not create any error, provided that the electrical contacts in the starter motor are present...
guys but removing from software the swirl, pro and against you year in performance? should not be more empty the coffee machine at low speeds?
you do not have cons in terms of performance...because this system to plug one of the two intake pipes is used to force the air in a single conduit so that when this comes in the cylinder buy a rotary motion which serves to "mix" the charge and to fit into certain parameters of the emission control...
with the elimination of the swirl then prestazionalmente you won't notice anything..
the pro instead are that you delete something that moves a few centimetres from the intake valves, and especially with the dirt that enters the egr in the ducts in the long run can create the breakup of the valvolette, the consequences are easy to imagine the engine....
just to see once and for all....
because it seems that this effect swirl is a something came from another planet...
instead, they are the years that diesel engines use this trick...
in the old engines iveco fiat 2 valves per cylinder series 8000..
to obtain this effect, the intake valves of these engines used by deflectors...
I am talking about engines that are now 40 years of activity....
however, this is what happens with the shutting of one of the intake valves swirl..

I did it without any problems to my 147 150 hp, same engine...

in fact, I have pi? up-to-date...
the machine I delivered by quite a bit and it goes without prpblemi. In addition to having physically removed the swirl and you have plugged the holes with the caps melting, I had to replace the starter because his was short and over to overheat, I pulled the error from the diagnosis. Fixed the whole time it perfectly.
