View The Full Version : council core assy 1749VB GOES on
While I was looking around the net a garrett 1749VB some golf IV GTI/ ibiza cupra to assemble at the place of my 1749VA I came across this in the German ebay:
http://www.ebay.it/itm/Turbolader-Rumpfgruppe-GT1749VB-GOLF-IV-Bora-Tdi-1-9-110-KW-150-PS-Seat-Leon-/121013869010?pt=DE_Autoteile&hash=item1c2cfd19d2&_uhb=1#ht_1889wt_1049
second you could go? and if you, the changes to do to my nuts original would be just turning 1 mm on the suction side? cos? I understand from reading around...
thanks ! :)
if we speak only of the inducer inlet, the cio? the "small" of the impeller, the difference between VA and VB and 3.4 mm in fact, the measures are, respectively, at 33.6 and 37mm to change to? are the diameters of the inducer exhaust that are a 36.6 for the VA and 38,3 mm for VB...remember that if you want to turn your nuts garrett recommends a tolerance of 3 tenths of a mm for the inlet and 5 degrees for the exhaust....what I would advise you to? and avoid these shopping on ebay why? many times it is a matter of "cineserie" misrepresented to the good stuff...remember the turbo is very delicate, which, moreover, should be balanced in a perfect way for performance and durability..and also garrett from this point of view leaves a p? to be desired because it admits an imbalance of 2 grams to 50,000 rpm...
I suggest you get off to 0.5 grams to 150,000 rpm..and of the twenty turbines that I have done up to now much of the certification is not it ? returned back, even a distance of veeery time by the various fittings..more than all of my customers feel the turbo that pushes like the first day....
Thanks a lot munro! very very clean..
Whereas if you had a 1749VC of a tdi 170cv, being electro-could I mount it?
I know that differs ****llo manifold on the attacks and the attack downpipe that has no bolts but and V-band
Thanks again, very helpful.. :)
yes, but your and in a unique fusion crowd+collectors....
your ibiza cos'??a 130?
however, if you want advice on a turbine afraid to go to gtb1756vk of the audi A4-A6 2.7 tdi..
you are at ****llo a gt2052v as air flow, but eesendo on bearings at 2000 rpm you are in full boost while with the gt20 c'? they want 2500 more and the tough very good up to 220-230cv..if we add the injectors and easy to see 260-270cv...
the only drawback is that you have to modifivare of the hills of the 110cv to mount it, or you have to use a tube collector...veeery recommended in addition to a downpipe minimum 3-inch..
I have an A3 2.0 140 hp! :)
I've heard good things about this gtb1756 and I've had confirmation..
bh? then the gt1749vc there v? quietly you have to replace ol the vaolvola pneumatic geometry...I had understood that you had an 8v ibiza....

X mount that correassy you have to turn both the exhaust and the intake.
the discharge from 36mm to 39,5mm
the suction from 34mm to 36,3mm

also differs in the shape of the geometry.
You say??
As a piece of spare the vnt ? the same if nn erro... x all the gt17 are the same, why? the wheel diameter the east ? equal for all, the inside diameter is the output differs....

no, they are sicurisssimo why? I ? happened to replace the manifolds, deformation of a golf 130 with those of 150 and the mod was not feasible for the different mounting of the wheel of the vanes.

and for the turbine wheel that nn ? the same as you did?

nothing....the geometry of the 150 houses only in the manifolds of the 150(which also have a larger diameter)....so if you want to mount the coreassy 150 to the geometry of the 130 that you can't? even replacing the geometry of the 130 150 why? not the you can? secured to the manifolds.
