to read it in the jtag, I weld the wires (colored ones) directly on the pcb in his pitches, or it uses a e xxx needle retractable, some are built starting from that of the bdm always marelli, but remember that they, or links, in any case, if you have a kess updated to 4.036 you should read it and write it by obd without problems.

On the web you find all that you want, but without a jig, holding it with the e xxx do very little....

Good morning to you errecinque. You are also provided with the template to the network but I seem to have found only those for reading in the bdm

Thanks Matthew I knew they were different! Only the ori are? However, it is not a problem to read them, however, because I have the kess.. it was to prevent especially if you happen to any new car I go without any thoughts in jtag

For about 600 euros you can find the kit with 19 adapters of excellent quality made in the eu-which also includes jtag, gold cost 1300 euro.

If you want a board for marelli take I terminal, which is good, try asking the dealer store c in r, and let oni ca if you apply the discount that was there until April 30, you would pay a sciochezza.

Or, alternatively, there is the mpps v18 clone that to 90/100 euros it works fine on the marelli and everything in the obd, and also calculates the chk in writing.

With kess, we write only the flash, with I terminal mpps and fgtech ori we do everything, micro flash and eeprom all by obd without opening them ( they are really nasty to open)

forgive me, what would this " I " terminal?

I understand, for the moment I would only like to buy the e xxx

if you want my advice do as I do', I welded the flat colored on the e xxx marelli of the bdm, directly above the needles from where to protrude, following the diagram of the jtag to you by your tool, so you can use it for both tasks ,the bdm and jtag, move quickly and spend less.

they are off to work, and I do not have with me the equipment, return at the end of the week and I hope to remember to do two photos, but in any case it is not that much to see, take the e xxx spring look at the position of the coloured wires that you by the help of the ktag and the balances of the threads upon the needles, the only thing that you have to be careful when you weld is that it will move the needles themselves, I remember that I had them tucked in the styrofoam so that not to lose their position.

Not to could just jump in there, but are you aware that once you open this ECU is not the reattach the cover with the tabs of the original?

Not that there is much to explain..
It has tabs that hold closed the ECU while the sealant hardens,
Now to open it is the ECU you need to warm up and above all the tabs, fold the above-mentioned at least 45°, what is feasible of course..
but when you go to close it also scaldandole break around here..
I don't open them at least if not forced..

However, even if you lock the resume always in every way is not tricky as the EDC17..
you must be more careful when you open it and reclose me.
in the network you have not found anything about the links?
