View The Full Version : Increase Interpolation

Supercharger
Hello everyone , I wanted to have some clarification on the interpolation function of the ecm tit. for now, I've always made maps with increases in percentage all the same , but I have noticed that many mappers do not work so it must be distribute in order of increasing increase wanted.
What do you think ? you how to increase ?
thanks in advance

who uses a unique method for all of the maps were clearly wrong according to me. each units has its own logic and its way of being processed

jobs percentage jobs first, who or not know to do, or do not have the time or the desire to do

Tween nine difficult if you do some tests, you understand perfectly how it works

thanks a lot of valuable answers roughly to the percentage of increase you can get on the diesel ?? starting from 1500 rpm, 50 load ? always using interpolation from a 10% up to 20 /22 % of course, varies from motor to motor but this I need to understand for a moment what is the limit of safety, say...
thanks in advance

You are wrong completely logical.
The interpolazone on the timing of injection is used for work on a crude and approximate. You have to understand that it is not the load it rpm

Supercharger
thank you but could you be a little more clear? in that sense, wrong logic? there are calculations to do to find the right amount of fuel? can you give me some tips? thanks in advance

In the times of injection are rail pressure and mm3, however, depends on the type of ecu you have to read the axes. To do a good job, you should calculate how many degrees you are ahead before the dead point, so you can make Last for the time of injection nn more than 10 degrees after tdc

thank you very much straight..***** and do I calculate the degrees of advance?

Which ecu are we talking about?

We consider a edc16cp31...
thanks again for the availability
