View The Full Version : Abnormalities multiecuscan alfa 156

Dr. DoM
Evening all, the car in the title with the engine 1.9 jtd 115hp about a month has a significant decline in performance from about 3000 rpm up, at the bottom is a hyena. It just feels a decrease in torque as a net cut.
I did a diagnosis with multiecu+obdlink lx and delphi ds150. No dtc the glow plugs (all new and 4, probably problem on a cable or pipette oxidized).
The car has just been fully serviced fully, the distribution is made at 161000 and it now has 172000. Yesterday I removed the sleeves and intercooler, fully cleaned inside (do not say what is out), clean sleeves, checked and reassembled everything. The egr is already plugged both exhaust manifolds that the intake manifold off is in the ecu and completely closed.
The vgt seems to work correctly, the auction dell actuator is inside and outside of 5 cm.
The data recorded in the third by multiecu are the following:

1. pressure diesel measured 1315, objective 1350 3731 rpm
2. valve is an overboost at 3731 laps 37%
3. the maf measured the minimum 468,7 at 1141 rpm maximum 918,9 to 3731 rpm
4. maf goal, not any given (problem)

7. Amount diesel 50,17 mg/i at 3731 rpm
8. Quantutà diesel total 50,59 mg/i at 3731 rpm

Now the pressure turbocharger is an obvious issue, but the mass of the air lens?? Because it does not return any data nor on multiecu, nor with the delphi ds150?

The boost pressure will be a problem of the map sensor or the geometry of the turbo? (the actuator works)

Dr. DoM
Raga no advice or opinion? I took a map new to cut to the chase, in a week I mount and try, but no one who has had similar problems and has solved it? I have read somewhere that someone with the same problem after I replaced the sensors, valve actuator and overhauled turbo and geometry discovered at the end that who has made the distribution has the wrong phase of a notch, after the commissioning phase, the machine is back like before... is this Possible???

leave the measures are objective, those that take you out of the way, the data that you put not how high, it would serve others to make a diagnosis more complete, but basic to me, you're ok.

Dr. DoM

if you are ok, and all of the other data that will help are ok (except those mentioned above in bold) what is the problem? And then because I don't see any of the data on air mass goal?

Help me to understand where is the problem please

ugoboss
but why do you say that the data in bold do not go well? on what do you base yourself to say it?

Dr. DoM
0.4 bar of an overboost is not it a bit too much? the turbo has peaks to 1.5 bar and then go down and stabilize at 1.1 bar... the peak is not "too" high? If it was too much of who is at fault? the absolute pressure sensor or turbo?
The maf goal probably 0 for egr excluded?
The ecu does not cut fuel if it detects a fault in an overboost? I ask this to better understand this cutting off power that I have after 3000 and forgive me but I don't know this ecu and I am trying to understand.
To exclude and close the egr I have changed the address 071b54 bringing it to 0, and 071f04 to 072102 bringing it to 12740. I plugged the egr thinking that the problem of performance degradation-it was her.
