View The Full Version : Mount faucet manual pressure turbo
Hello all I would like to know the mounting system for the valve pressure turbo. I bought a faucet that has an entrance and an exit, putting this faucet in the middle between the turbine and wastgate I choke in the air delaying the full opening of the wastgate thus having a peak of higher pressure, but the pressure constant always remains the same. If I want more pressure on both of the peak that constant I'm supposed to download the air that passes from the faucet outside so would not be able to open all the wastgate so I would need a three-way stopcock inlet outlet and drain .and just my reasoning?
there are taps of the protoxide and different brands that apply to your situation,or get a t and connect it to your and at the end put a nozzle to adjust the flow-pressure
I hope you are not doing this surgery on a one-to-geometry??
you can use taps of the gas systems of the brc that can be fitted on the fuel pipe of the old car with a carburettor, it has the adjusting screw of the flow already in the source, just put a T in the middle of the hose, wastgate, and the solenoid valve to operate with the button inside the car on the exhaust of the T.
I mounted the turbine of the 115hp on a punto jtd, I replaced the wastgate with a pressure and now I have to adjust it. n this time I put a T-4mm and I have a pressure of 1.1 bar
You need an overboost...you can find him on ebay
why not manage it from the ECU?
How do I manage it from the ecu?
I hope you are not doing this surgery on a one-to-geometry??
and just like that!!:D
it is very difficult to manage a geometry, both from the ecu both with a wg pressure.........
from the ecu,if I'm not mistaken,it runs through the pierbourg while for the wg pressure, you have to find the "starting point"of the geometry, then the calibre of the hand and the many tests!!
How do I manage it from the ecu?
Using the special map, also called an overboost..
Depends on the type of ecu,hw 392 and 600 there is the call an overboost and checking even outside the map, or at least I do not find it.the only thing is hw 961.
After various tests I was able to adjust the pressure to 1.6, the peak e1.4 constant I put a spring in the wastgate making it harder and then adjusted through the screw. I've had to remap, but having the maps turbo that are not active in its limiters are also inactive? Now, the machine in 4th gear at 1.4 bar off .
That gives you the error?!? If off is the rail if it gets into recovery and does not accelerate over the 3200 is the block to the turbo then if the file is safe a hand you give!
you should be in recovery anyway, as soon as I read the file the place . the machine and mapped so I don't have the file ori
If peel-and-why "touches" the limiter turbo set at 1.5 bar..
Check out that fifth load to full load, the pressure continues to climb...
I can not load the file .anyway, I found the original file to compare, I placed the limitatoriturbo now it seems that will not fall off .a question of the exchange of jtd fiat as the reports are all the same ? I put one of the tide 115hp because its was faulty and I thought it was more along instead nothing has changed
