Good evening to all! I have a small problem....
I bought the injectors and pump plus JTD to the point by a well-known trainer.
I just installed the injectors due to lack of time and the proven,but should not be practically the Chernobyl comparison is ...................
I lowered the time I arrived virtually the original ones! I have to go under the original ones or they pulled me "one!?! Help!!

I don't remember the codes but had mounted those of the 115 on the 80cv flowed fuel from the muffler!!..
is low that up to 10% of the pedal and dab I went in the negative with the times..

This is one of the gods problems but the biggest one that I cut,goes into the lock and turns off, I have never tried it in the negative,you act like always?!?!

Then as I said I had to blot before I re-replace them..
You have changes to the engine? turbo clutch etc?
if you are ok is the map giving the right amount of fuel and pressure where it is needed
Otherwise knock them or re-frame on cars that require higher flow rates of diesel fuel..
on stock engines are not needed in fact the worst the performance.
I remember having removed +- 1500 points over the whole of time and raised to limit the turbo pressure "Original" to make it at least drivable and not punishable by the WWF..
if it goes in the block and the Rail are 100% on these vehicles, and the Achilles heel right? which errors you have in memory?

you have the usual changes....then I have to redo the whole map,not just the times!
for the block, as you say rightly, you is the rail, you can not do anything?!I have heard that there are some bit to be set to 1500 type of the block to the turbo,this last I found them,in fact I do not cut,the rail as well I found them but obviously they are not the ones or does not exist.
See that if the Rail does not reach the pressure set in the map gives you the same failure with "block"
so what can be that a Rain can't maintain the pressure and flow rate required?
Will the pistons are worn,baked,jammed?,the valves in the head are worn,and cooked,at a loss? as they do on the other hand many of these cars even without Changes, electronic etc
if the guy gave you a rail already knew that with those injectors pump stock could not keep up with him..
I don't know maybe and a Rail with the pump unit with increased or rotor with a higher lift, or simply a rail of the 2.4 that they say have a longer range.. the bench test belie..
then you have to make the replacement..
I advise you to try to tour from your pompista along with the injectors which I've unfortunately already mounted
1 for knowing what you're installing..
2 do you have a table of dimensions flow rates and pressure
3 maybe ask the spray angle of the nozzles that if you do not comply with those series as well as a tot of the corner the risk of cracking pistons in a blink of an eye..
listen to your precious advice,I remove and port everything from the pompista,test bench and so reveal "the secret".

I take the tp!I brought the pump and injectors from a renowned pompista in the area(I don't, I will go more) and yesterday I picked them up, asking explanations on the paper of what has been installed,I have laughed in the face by saying that these things do not make hot,then the only explanations are : tree and pot largest, with a flow rate of 159 mm in the ap racing if I'm not mistaken,and injectors with the nozzles infininity if I'm not mistaken.q this morning I installed them and I have to say that the situation changed, however, is a whole other story!
The only flaws are erratic idling, which disappears after about ten seconds,and a certain "beat" to the injectors, and this last one scares me a little........
A pompista serious has no qualms to provide the sheet flow to vary pressure and injection time...
The only way you can do a calibration right injectors..
One last thing, when fitting the injectors, plus of vital importance, and the angle of spray, and last but not least, the thickness of the copper washers..an injector which protrudes too much or too little has the same effect as a corner spray wrong and takes you a lot of problems

It is a pompista renowned in the area, I thought it was "equipped on this.........
