    Audi TT 180*225 stand sedan->APX problems with the ECU, MAP and MAF, and how to fix it with ECM TITANIUM

    Good morning

    I'm currently arguing with my audi TT 8N 180 of the 1999 ? was Swappata from the engine stand sedan engine APX
    and now I have huge problems with the ecu .. the one of the 180 does not have the scaling of the mass air flow sensor to 80mm (from the original 70mm)
    while the ecu 225 mi silhouetted piccata and I pry off the gas because the excess pressure tot
    the MAP sensor on both the ecu reads me max 1400mbar from 2380 command .. while on the gauge I have 1.6 peak and 1.2-1.1 constant
    I tried to change 3 map sensors, including 2 of 225 (a new one) and the one that I had on the 180 . but all of the similar results that vary from 10 to 30mbar

    the ecu 180 from vag sees me values lower on the maf of 30% and (70mm vs 80mm ) and tends to gain weight by itself without a reason after 100km I lambda values, respectively, 7% and 16.8%
    while if I install the ecu of the 225 ? already mapped, I have problems in recovery when pike I get to 1.6 bar if not 1.7, and I cut the gas strattonando, as back in the 1.4 because of the rise of the rpm goes well, if the vo gas fires (likely to stop the hang-up and shoot for gasoline in the room..

    from the vag on the engine I have the following errors :

    the engine does not fit the secondary pump why don't I have the wiring and I have these errors :
    17841 - Secondary Air Pump Relay (J299): Open Circuit
    17840 - Secondary Air Injection Solenoid Valve (N112): Open Circuit

    but I should cause huge problems .. in theory .. I have seen many rise up and apply resistance .. but I'm not having the wiring 225 I don't have the plugs .. I should find which pin are the related devices , if someone has a diagram.

    what do you think from a first analysis?

    Hello what kind of Ecu mount? email the file to both.. according to me if you have the appropriate damos ? can eliminate the errors from the table DTCs, or the management of the pump and the solenoid gas recirculation gas in the exhaust..

    Wow I was not expecting so much hope the ECU 225 mounts the 030-178 while the 180 ? 028-504.. Tonight or tomorrow morning can you please post the 2 ECU extracted with mpps,the problem is I can not find the file ori..
    According to you ? can otherwise do the scaling of the maf from the ECU?

    the 8N0906018AE 0001 ? a 225 original .. putting this map is not the peak pressure but the car goes well .. ? a little limp as practically reaches 0.5 pressure turbo
    8N0906018AE 0001_2 ? the map that I had under my ecu to a 225 apx already mapped .. with this machine but spike very high and stops strattonando as I described ( perhaps the map that has problems but I have changed 3 and the control pressure ? 2380mbar while read ? the max 1400mbar.. )

    8N0906018AC 0002 was the map of the 180 mapped that I was under the APX that made me crack the engine

    225 the driver ? a 030-178 while the 180 ? 028-504..

    mmmm no good..

    I did damage .. sawed the ecu dell 225 .. me ? write locked .. I tried it with the wing but also with the 24-mass I can write it but it is not responding .. :/

    the ecu resume.
    but if you put the map of 225 , you said that the car is fine but has low pressure, if you do them the map to the 225??

    And you need to unsolder. But without that valve that gives you the error?

    when it enters the turbo and pike tries to ease the pressure and zompetta and shoot as I raise the gas..
