    MARELLI MJET impariamola!

Hi guys..I open this post in order to know better the Marelli Multijet.
To begin we will start with a 70hp, then we will look at the 75 and the 90's (very similar).
The attached file ? a Lancia Ypsilon 1.3 multijet 70cv, of course.
To begin, let's start with the maps in the ecm shows us, trying to explain the meaning and conversion factors.

To begin, we analyze the maps pedal calls from the ecm TORQUE LIMITER 2
these two maps are precisely the dw of the map and express request of the couple:
x=rpm (here are actual rpm, without the need of factor conv)
y=percentage of gas pedal (factor 0.0004)
    z=torque required (factor 0.023438)

from this map and the following handles the request torque is made to the engine, the nuances? ? that there are points in the negative, unfortunately I disconosco the reason.

I f? very pleased, Mario, talk about this ecu, in particular, I've always wanted to learn more so evvero that I wanted to open I a tread similar maybe even the ecu gasoline saw that the sconosco almost totally, but I think that I would not have had the success that get you.... anyway, congratulations... and I'm listening with the ears well open.
for the study in if I think that, in marelli use any illegal substance because for me, these maps must be read to the contrary of that? not from left to right, but vice versa....? then the areas of the negative that way for me gets a totally different meaning....
A rider does not create queues even in the car...
a automoblista create queues even on a motorcycle...

    Thanks for the confidence ahhahaha
anyway, for the points in the negative, I had a thousand ideas: neutralize the first part of the pedal at high rpm, or facilitate the return to the minimum precisely at a high rpm...but...I am skeptical..do you have some other idea?ah..I agree on the topic of drugs

if you read the map, starting from the right you will notice that it has the classic shape of a map of the pedal edc16 with requests to pair very high in areas of low rpm and % of pedal, which must then be gradually climb to the increase of both factors in the axis....
those areas in the negative until I watched them in the wrong direction, I thought that they were "areas of cutt-off" but I now believe that to be a fix already? active in the map on the pedal itself...what?...the ecu through the areas in the negative autocorregge the DW and the equipment? torque when it is below a certain threshold...

just for the sake of completeness of info maps pedal are 8x16...
then each curve (8) ? relative to the % of the pedal...
the 16 steps instead of every turn are related to the Rpm...
but for me, they are the opposite of how ecm them represents...
where we read, "100% load and 5700 rpm" to me there should be 13% load and 85rpm..

Hello, let us start, therefore, the torque limiter(2) as he calls it ecm ? a torque limiter effective but bens? the case of the maps fuel temperature function air injection ( f(t.air))with a map similar, while immediately after you find the jelly injection correction in function of air temperature (injection correction f(t.air)), on the driver of the 70cv ecm you takes them as protectors, but are not. the number two (2) next to the written torque limiter is to indicate that there are two maps in the main map and similar..
The patience and virtue of the strong..

    wrong backgroop....
those indicated by Mario are just maps pedal....
that I know of in the marelli does not c'? no map diesel depending on the temp the air and its correction...
the map that ecm's called torque limiter*2 in reality ? a torque limiter as a function of engine temp...
A rider does not create queues even in the car...
a automoblista create queues even on a motorcycle...
