EGR off 1.3mjet does it really work?

Hi guys I ask you a question that has me intrigued, this morning I made a EGR off on a fiat 500 1.3 mjet 75hp, file ok I write, in the diagnosis of the egr off a percentage of 3%.. so far everything is ok.. then, given that in this car, I removed the intake manifold and the egr valve to clean them, remove the velocity stack inside the manifold by putting a cap on and leave the tube that leads from the valve open, with surprise I noticed that the egr valve still works, in fact, the minimum is to pass the exhaust gas by accelerating closes.. now I wonder cm is at work, and in the diagnosis port, the valve is closed?? But the traditional method work??

you should always close the egr with the plate, not by error but a minimum opening always remains

I honestly do not or never tried it visually to see, anyway from diagnosis to my esperieze remains closed no work that is' giving it a shot of throttle and the percentage of the command remains fixed and the mass of the intake air remains invarita then, in theory, does not move!!

Here are the files, EGR excluded perfectly,
I repeat, in the diagnosis EGR off a fixed percentage to 3%..
dismantling the pipe introduction to the manifold I noticed that at least opens as soon as you accelerate it closes

I personally delete it manually.Look at the address 084750 ,the value of get and decimal value 47506 / or hexadecimal B992.This address is valid for all the 1.3 mj simply locate the curve.

you may find as well that no sheet is opened slightly by the pressure of the exhaust gas and are my assumptions..................

To make a try you could replace the valve with a resistance so that the diagnosis is detected, and see if it opens or not

Guys I know how to exclude the EGR valve manually, or if I put the resistance can I exclude it, etc..
my question, and that the traditional method of the cio? to bring the value to B992 esa, it does not work, in the diagnosis and the door is closed but the EGR valve with the car at idle it works the same, is fed.. any of you ever checked out after the exclusion if the valve was actually excluded?? I will and with regret, I discovered that it works equally.. if today it happens to me some 1.3 mjet I want to do some other test

Try and keep us up to date....
I usually get a small plate between the radiator and the egr cos? I do not exclude that the shots still in the manifold....
